Need a moment to talk about the costumes. The costume designer did an excellent job. Especially for the Hongsawadee side. Mingyi Swa's outfits are gorgeous down to the smallest accessory. Yazu Datu Kalaya looks every inch the princess famed to be the most beautiful in the land.
So Nanda Bayin ran his army ragged to the point where it's members are reduced to the weary, injured, and disabled and thinks he can still win. Obviously has nothing between his ears as they say. He acts like any king who doesn't care about the lives of mere peasants.
