They're not related. But the other Glory was a BIG hit in China and even globally so it's not a stretch to say they wanted the same hype. I think they should have used the Chinese title which is closer to the plot.

Let's not forget that he also lied to her, okay? I assume you saw Ep.12 and the reveal at the end. Neither of them is innocent. If we're going to praise ML for being smart and cautious then the same should be said for FL who is heiress to a billion dollar family and business.

He's going to be doing some explaining too after today's ep. The good thing about this drama is the main couple are both sharp with edges as we've seen them competing with one another throughout the episodes.

He is actually a dumb and arrogant fool which she already saw when he was handling the human trafficking case. And in Ep.12, it's proven just how reckless he was even with his own safety.
Because the scholar is not as innocent as he looks either
He can see through the Fifth Sister's schemes and even ML commented on his behaviour of hiding behind his scholarly appearance so I think the writers will pull a twist for him.
Ep.12: Ah, Lu Jiang Lai...Lu Jiang Lai. This is what is called by digging your own grave. I can't even feel sorry for you😂your arrogance is definitely your downfall.
