Another great ep. Loving XQA and princess Lin an development. Feels like XQA is more clueless about his feelings as compare to her who is more forward & aware about her feelings. We are so close to ending 🥲I hope there is s2 and it doesn't take years because I will miss this show.

Ep 31 might be my favorite ep along with ep 15. From start to finish, it wa so good. They should have released 2 episodes together instead of 1 because how can they just end there. This show reaching new heights and i am amazed at how much care they put into it.

Yess they are adorable and he becomes dumb and acts like a cutie in front of her.

I personally think romance between Grand princess & Xu Qian will be boring as hell. There is no romantic tension b/w them and they are too different. XQA is very goofy and silly so his dynamic with Lin an is more interesting imo

This is just my speculation but it feels like supervisor is making XQA ready for something bigger we don't know yet. Plus, loong trust XQA and afraid of king suggests that maybe XQA is royal descendant or something lile that? His destiny might be to save the world or something and supervisor is guiding him towards that path

Also i am really missing XQA guardian friends, Yang yang and chief. Hopefully we will see more of them

Omg things are getting intense. It feels like main story/climax hasn't even started yet and all of things will connect at the end which makes me more excited for future episodes. Most cdramas get boring or drags a lot but this is not the case with this show
All the mysteries surrounding XQA is what captivates me most. What's the treasure inside him? Why him? Why loong afraid of king and not him? Who is the unknown man?
So many questions to be answered....I have few ideas where it can go but my only wish is that we get s2 and it doesn't get rushed. I can wait

I don't remember few details so will be helpful if someone can answer few of my questions

1) why they need to infiltrate peronnel library place? All i remember is that Lord wei told XQA to take help from Ciju to infiltrate that place and maybe find something but i forgot what they needed
2) Also was all of this Lord Wei plan to gain Wang trust so guardians can be allowed to investigate? Sending Xu Xinnian and then giving Duke secret letters through him so he can indirectly gain their trust without doing it openly?
3) what was the purpose of bead bracelet? I remember XQA checking about it in a book (maybe it had some power i forgot)

Nahh it's very different from usual cdrama. Sometimes the whole ep is just them being silly and goofing around and we adore that and sometimes plot is cooking with mysteries and things get serious and we enjoy that aspect too. It's kind of a family comfort drama
