It really bothers me that as a young teen she has been in romantic roles with men much older than her.
Ngl, it is a bit weird when you find out, although because most actors look so youthful in korea it's not that noticable onscreen how much of a gap there is (I'm thinking of Bring It On Ghost, where she plays a character a year or so older than her, and her costar plays a character somewhat younger than him, as they're both university age), but I think there's a bit of a generation hole where there aren't many male actors her age with her kind of popularity. Of course that's not really an excuse, it's not like there are none, and there's no rule that requires recognised actors, but I can kind of understand directors casting for success to a certain degree.

This was a very cinematic show, and I loved the first part - the romance was very sweet and sincere. However the moment they started writing the drama in (and it was really drama for the sake of drama, felt really forced) the whole thing went to shit. Both the mother and the sister were way over, and the reject-dad was just unnecessary. The only person with their head on straight was Geum Bo Ra, hence her being my favourite character. Jin Ah's brother also seemed kind of reasonable, if a bit cold. Everyone else can either fuck off or get counselling ^^""

Okay, I am definitely getting tired of seeing every episode's conclusion at the beginning, but also... why did this show suddenly become so rushed? I thought this whole episode was going to be spent resolving the shit that happened last time, but we were done with that in ten minutes. Like, just add more episodes if you need them? I really enjoyed Suits so far, but ep15 is paced terribly.

Why does she only have guest and supporting roles? She's really pretty, and her acting in Missing Noir M is awesome - from the mute to the player to the repentant to the "real" character, each part had a totally different and convincing feel to it: I went from feeling sympathetic to disgusted towards her character in seconds!

This was more down to earth and genuinely interesting than I was expecting, but the relationship twists did get a little weak towards the end (repetitive drama and forgiveness - like strong messages of friendship are important, but have some self respect?? Most of it is fine, but one girl does something that goes beyond bitchy, except pretty much aside from this one event she's smart and amicable, both before and after. I couldn't reconcile the two sides of her at all, and then she gets forgiven at the drop of a hat because she feels guilty? Idk, it just doesn't seem like the kind of thing a friend could conceive of doing, and the kind of person who would do that also doesn't seem like the type to feel apologetic and regret...^^")
