Cute and direct- besides the story and the acting, which is amazing btw, that's the great thing about this drama. There is no added fluff to waste the viewers time. I think having short episodes but a bunch of seasons is a fantastic idea and because of that, I will be watching the other seasons. More dramas should be like this. (youtube)
10s across the board. I had no idea what to expect when I went into this, I just knew that if it was starring Yamada then it was going to be good- THIS. DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT!! Raunchy and sex-filled yet also hilarious af- how could one not like it?! I'm glad I waited to watch this cause now s2 is out and I'm starting that immediately. (netflix)
btw I love the people saying they can't watch this cause it's like watching porn >_< seriously, how dense can you be? The show is LITERALLY about porn... get a grip.
This is such a cool and laid-back drama that I can't fathom how anyone could drop it let alone dislike it. The low rating it has (7.4) baffles me. The story and acting is top-notch for me. If you're into dramas with adults behaving like adults (for the most part) then highly recommend this . (kissasian)
Not bad but went on for longer than it needed to; even so it still didn't lag but just had unnecessary scenes. The fl- THE definition of a weak character BUT she's so filial and sweet that I couldn't even hate her and believe me when I say that I absolutely HATE a weak fl. The (step )mother was another level of evil; she lived and breathed to f_ck with Dok Soi and it pissed me off every time she was on screen. Her comeuppance in the end made me so happy. The ml was sweet but came off as useless sometimes (and he's a skilled fighter) so it was a bit vexing. The horror aspect of this was done nicely despite the crappy CGI and I recommend this (cat attack).
This was really boring for me. I think this would have worked better as a movie/ special that was 1hr 30 minutes instead of a drama. It felt laggy and dragged for too long. Besides that, I found the secondary couple more interesting than the main. (dramacool)
My rating for this show has declined with each season, with this final one getting a 7 (and I'm being REAL generous). It's clear that this show had direction and knew what it was going to be in the 1st season- it was solid. Season 2 we see that the show has picked up some steam and is now insanely popular and with that we get a messy af season 3. My main issue with this drama is that even though it's makjang, there still needs to be some believable aspects. People falling into water should not warrant their deaths. But those that get blown up or fall from a significant height and then have something incredibly heavy land on their abdomen should not miraculously survive. One of my biggest gripes with this show is the introduction of Baek. A new character that clearly was suppose to replace Logan but because of his popularity was brought back. Which meant that they had to scramble to figure out what to do with the Baek character. I was really looking forward to what he would bring to the table but they just wrote him off instead. In the end, if I knew the kind of ending this would deliver, I honestly don't think I would watch it. So much happens and towards the end, the writing becomes lazy af and the ending is very lack-luster, not terrible, but it could have been carried out much better. Watch it, don't watch it, either way you'll be fine. (dramacool)
I gave this a low score (6.5) simply because the storyline is very frustrating. I thought the portrayal of the gay men was stereotypical and very cringe. The story itself is alright but I feel they could done better in some areas. (dramacool)
And yet another drama that starts off strong enough that makes easy for you to binge but then the excitement dies down and it starts to drag, only for everything to be rushed and in the final episode. This is why I can't give Korean dramas too much praise cause 9/10 they do this and it's vexing. Even after all that, I would still recommend it because the story line is strong for the most part and the characters are really well written especially the two female leads- they did a phenomenal job. (dramacool)

They gave us the trailer then we had to wait nearly 2 years for the drama- that is what I meant with my comment
