Corner of the curve... watching dramas, listening to kpop, and learning Japanese- こんにちは

I just randomly came across this and decided to watch it- typical weirdness that Japan is great at. I feel if the budget was bigger they could have done a better job of portraying the story but they did well what what they had.
I personally wouldn't mind a remake of even a series to delve deeper. (Tubi)

This was very interesting but also very disturbing and definitely for a mature audience. I've seen some of Scud's previous works and they are always hella dark and depressing- this was no different. This movie is not for the faint of heart and afterwards I felt depressed. (Tubi)

Typical k-drama that gives us a unique premise but the execution is absolutely atrocious.
I feel I would have loved this drama if it was 10> episodes but dragged it out for so long that it became a chore to watch (took me 4 months to finish it).
The story starts off well enough but then at the half way mark I began to wonder what was the storyline about anymore. The main couple kept going in circles while the secondary characters actually made progress.
I don't understand how people could say they enjoyed this.
This is a fail- I do NOT recommend. (dramacool)

s/n I really wish Park and Lee would get better parts cause their past dramas/ movies have been MEH and they don't deserve it.

This was soo good! Totally unexpected and thrilling (in the 2nd half). So glad I finally got a chance to watch this.

Totally waste of time! Smut without any plot. It's like finished a drama within just 2 episodes. (Personal opinion, don’t…
You calling this smut just shows that you have never actually seen smut before lol

This was too cute!! And like others have stated, the height difference was an added plus. We tend to not see that is bl productions and this was a welcome change. (youtube)

What an adorable meet/cute!
I think the main critique from anyone who watched it is that it's too short but then again that's what makes it so appealing. (youtube)

Biiiiiitch.
YYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSS!!!
My GAWD! This was like an art piece- LOVED IT!!
I have never seen anything like this in the bl world. The only thing that comes close is the Kiss from the Rabbit God and even then it was not this.
Please give us a FULL series or a FULL movie please!! (youtube)

LOVED IT!
I have nothing else to say about this other than watch it! (dramacool)
I made the mistake of watching this before watching the first movie so it didn't make sense to me. Honestly the story was meh for me; the leads had weird chemistry (closed mouth kissing during sexy time?!- it's a no from me dawg). I actually will still watch the first movie just for shits & giggles at this point but I'm not expecting much.
On The Immeasurable Nov 23, 2021
The story was a bit choppy but still it was really good. The chemistry was lovely between the leads. Honestly I could see this a full movie, the substance is there. I recommend this- it's a quick watch. (dramacool)

Loved it. Revenge movies are the jam to my peanut butter and this is no different. The storyline was unique enough to keep me interested but also a bit predictable with the ending. Either way, I totally recommend this because I STAN a strong female lead EVERY! TIME! (netflix)

Not bad but sometimes, even though this is a fantasy, the story didn't make sense. I felt like they just skipped over things i.e. Hyun fighting the other monsters. It ends on a cliffhanger but there is a season 2 happening. One thing I must say, the Imagine Dragon song (Warriors) felt so out of place in this drama the other songs though created a mood. If you're into dystopian stories with horror and some gore- this is for you. (netflix)

i hope this is not romance-fouced
Honestly, if this was Korean they would put romance in there no matter how unnecessary. With J-dramas you don't have to worry about that and I love that.
