This was so good! I wish it was longer but also think I enjoyed it because it was so short. I know nothing about Jojo and the characters involved in that but Rohan portrayed by Issei is great. (kissasian)
I feel as everyone gets older, they have toned down the extremeness of the show and instead waste resources on getting current stars to appeal to a younger generation. That's fine an all but this is a show to showcase comedians which was significantly missing this year . I'm glad some segments are still around, like Tanaka getting a thai kick and Tsukitei/ Yamasaki getting slapped by Chono. Since Heipo has taken over, he has added some funny segments, but there are some other aspects that they need to keep ie don't get scared and the pitting of those 2 groups of comedians doing really dumb stunts. The highlight for me is when Gekidan makes an appearance; guy is not only a good actor but a phenomenal comedian.
I loved every single bit about it until the last episode. Whenever I hear the phrase "I won't forgive you!" in…
I think it's a nice way of saying that no matter what you do or however much time has passed, I will always hate you. And the notion of there being someone out there who will always hate you no matter what can be daunting for some people. In western society we are very much about ourselves so we tend to not care what others think but I think in the Asian culture, their beliefs are different; honor and an upright character are very important.
As a person who is a sucker for the death game genre- this is pretty insane. My only issue is the "why" this happened which we see in episode 8 and then get the explanation in episode 9- generic. Other than that, the games were INTENSE and the acting top notch. I can understand the hype for it as there hasn't been a decent death game drama/ movie since Alice in Borderland and even that kinda pales in comparison (at least when it comes to character development). Must watch for sure but only for those able to handle the violence. (netflix)
People gave this glowing reviews so I went in thinking this would be some amazing stuff- it was not. Not at all. I agree with a previous commenter in that this would have worked so much better as a drama than a movie. This movie which appears deep on the surface, comes off as boring and trite. Which is sad because the substance is there. This kind of reminds me of a darker version of 'Rinsho Hanzai Gakusha Himura Hideo no Suiri' in that the villain wants the main character to join them on the bad side. Anyway, I wouldn't really recommend it unless you're a fan of the actors. (dramacool)
This is essentially P2 which is an American thriller movie where a woman is stuck in a parking garage during Christmas by an obsessed security guard. Even the scene with the nail is a copy. The only difference is the end, which I won't spoil, but this is nothing amazing. If you're bored I say go for it but otherwise watch P2 instead. (dramacool)
This is a really good thriller, I was on edge the entire time. Again, we have to deal with incompetent cops which irks me like no other. The amount of running the characters were doing made me exhausted just by watching- everyone did a great job. In the end I totally recommend it (dramacool)
s/n: If you enjoyed this then I recommend a movie called 'Hush'. It's on Netflix and has the same premise of a killer stalking a lone deaf woman in a secluded house- very good movie.
Watched this strictly for Lee Sun Kyun and of course he did not disappoint. The story itself was a bit confusing at first but then things started to connect in the 2nd half. I don't want to spoil this but it's a sad story and afterwards I felt down. Would I recommend this?... I have to say no, as much as I adore Lee, the story was not really THAT strong. (mvking)
This was so cute! Totally unexpected and I appreciate that. I actually have the manga which was an impulse buy but haven't read it it and now that I've watched the drama I can't wait to see how the story unfolds. I completely recommend this. (dramacool)

I found out after watching that there is a drama and it makes sense now because the drama must have the substance this is lacking.

If all you're looking for is romance and happiness then it's not for you.
Wish more dramas were brave enough to tackle these kinds of issues. (youtube)
