I am on episode 4 and really liking this drama so far--including the music. Does anyone know where I could get the piano sheet music for the OST songs? Thank you so much.

I watched this before and now I’m going to watch it again. Everything is amazing about this drama, the cinematography, the music, the actors (child and adult), the plot. Can’t give it enough praise. It’s a drama you will never forget!

Very cute comedy. (Loved the main actress and all the other actors were perfect.) Definitely realistic slice of life with right-on comments of life situations. Would watch again.

I am one of those who doesn’t care for the age gap—but I can put that aside for a good drama. This one is just so boring and I really am not a fan of visuals that are very dark. Sometimes you have to really strain to see the background. I have watched 6 episodes and right now I’m really wondering if I can finish this. I like the actors and I love anything that has to do with music, but this is just sooo slow! Sorry.

I like the actors in this drama and the story line is good--until the last two or three episodes. It was 2 episodes too long and I really did not like the way they chose to end this drama. All that happened in the last 2 episodes should have happened before. I also want to mention that the English subs were good the first 20 or so episodes, then something happened to the translators because many of the scenes were not translated at all and in several episodes the lip movements did not match the audio playing. It was very distracting and just added to the frustration of a terrible ending.

If you like "Desperate Love," you really must watch "Bu Bu Jing Xin_Scarlet Heart 1." It is one of my very favorite Chinese historical dramas--So beautiful!! (:

Amazon prime is the perfect place to watch "Desperate Love!" I must say that I am sooo excited because even though I've only watched the first episode, it already has slight resemblances to "Bu Bu Jing Xin" (the original Chinese version of "Scarlet Heart-1"). Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This drama, Boss & Me, seems to be very popular. I wonder why it is not on Viki.com? Does anyone know where I can watch a good version of it (clear graphics and audio)? Thank you.

I'm wondering how many times I am going to have to re-watch this before Princess Agents:Season 2 comes out?? (It's 3 so far.)

Loved the actors--especially Li Yi Tong (Wan Mei) and Qu Chu Xiao (Chang An). Did not like the way it ended. The assassination theme was too much with so much blood and torture, although there were people trying to do good.

Just finished this drama for the second time. I feel the same way as the first time. Excellent drama. I do wish they had added one more episode which would have made the ending perfect! I rated this 9 out of 10.

Just watched for the second time. Excellent top rated drama! Watched probably 5 to 7 years ago and it is still just as amazing as it was then. Truly a must-watch. I rated it 10 out of 10. Would give it more if possible. The perfect drama with the perfect ending.

I am just starting episode four, and while I really like the actors in this drama (Encounter), I am not feeling the connection. He is just a little too young and his constant overly big grins just don’t fit with a “mature” image to be with an older woman. And she definitely does not have a playful young persona. The music is nice and the cinematography, but the “real” romance is just not happening for me. Partly because it is sooo slow but also there is something else missing.
I’ll keep watching for awhile (was since the ratings are so high) to see if it gets any better. The plot is there, but i am seriously not connecting to the emotion.

It is so frustrating when they stop subbing in the middle of a drama. That is one of the reasons I don’t watch dramas while they are airing.

This is a really good drama that will evoke every emotion from you. The female lead was perfect, but somehow I felt that the crown prince did not quite fit the role, although his acting was good but just not quite believable at times. Since this is a tragedy, I was concerned about how it would end after so many episodes, but it was better than I expected. I definitely recommend watching this drama. I gave it a rating of 9.5 and will probably watch it again.

I love Asian dramas—especially historical dramas. While Scarlet Heart Ryeo (Korean version) was okay, my heart belongs to the original, Chinese version (Scarlet Heart/Bu Bu Jing Xin) that I saw first. The storylines are somewhat similar, but there really is no comparison. The cinematography is breathtaking, the actors and plot intriguing—it is one of those dramas I will never forget. (Although the sequel was somehow a complete letdown so I can’t recommend the sequel but part one is a must-watch. —I would Love to see a quality re-make of part two if anyone would dare to make it!)

This was a cute comedy with melodrama. I enjoyed it although I wasn't sure what to think about the ending. It was good but questionable (one question)? It's worth watching for a good laugh with a little suspense.

I highly recommend watching “Bu Bu Jing Xin” (the original “Scarlet Heart”—Chinese version.) Part 1 is amazing. A must-watch! Beautiful cinematography and music.
(There is a part 2, but I have no idea how they messed that one up so badly.)
But Part one is worth watching all by itself!!
