Missing Crown, Prince is really a good drama, and I am very surprised at the low mdl rating. It really doesn’t make any sense. Maybe the fighting scenes weren’t that detailed but they were good enough and I thought the story and the actors were very good. The ending had a little bit of everything from drama to humor, and I especially liked the surprise ending part with everyone— You will know what I mean! I usually have to get past the first episode or two before I really get into a drama but after that, I think you’ll find that it’s a worthy drama. You should watch it now and find out for yourself. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Enjoy.
I am on episode eight and although I’m really liking all the characters, it is driving me crazy that Shen Shen is so meek. Isn’t she graduating from college? She just seems like a little kid compared to him, so it doesn’t quite fit. I’m just trying to figure out what could possibly be in the remaining 25 episodes—Unless there is some surprise drama to really keep my interest. I do like the two leads and the other actors, but it seems like something Interesting has to happen in their lives. I guess I’m just starting to get bored a little and I’m only a quarter of the way through. I guess we’ll see how the story develops and how long I can hold out. (I do like their music though, and the recipes are interesting.)
I am so surprised that this drama shows such a high rating but there are so many negative comments. ??? it makes me not want to watch it along with the fact that I really don’t like zombies in shows—sorry but they just seem really stupid.
This was a very good and funny historical drama. every episode kept my attention. although it was very comedic, it also had episodes of adventure and danger. It had a targeted message in the end, which is very relevant even today. I would definitely recommend this drama and for people who don’t like so many episodes, I always say you’re going to be watching something anyway, so why not? It’s worth it!
should I watch this? I hate to cry during dramas. Reading the comments, many people seem to be crying a lot, especially in the last three episodes of this drama. Does that mean it’s not a good ending or super sad and disappointing?
It took a couple of episodes to really get into the drama since it was pretty slapstick and cartoonish. But then I realized that I really liked all the actors and characters and it seemed that the plot might be going somewhere good. I ended up binge watching (to episode 7) into the early morning until I could no longer stay awake! I will watch again with friends. It is very funny and has a good ending.
To those curious about these version before the Thai version comes out please be sure to know this one is more…
I love Scarlet Heart so much— It is still one of my all-time favorites and so underrated. Although I have always hoped that they would remake season two.— Maybe one of these days, who knows? It really is that great.
Not gonna lie, the ML's hair is whats stopping me from watching this lol.
Most of the Princes are so handsome! The hairstyle doesn’t put me off at all. It’s just what they wore during that time. It doesn’t distract from anything for me. 🥰
there seems to be a lot of controversy about this drama. I’m just going to give you my honest reaction as I watched. I really liked all of the actors and I liked a lot of different parts of the drama. But I found myself wanting to fast-forward (which I never do) because it seemed like she went back in time too often. At some point I just wanted everything to move on. I also thought the villain was very blah and nondescript. I love the way the drama started out the first couple of episodes and I really liked the last few episodes. But somehow I really felt like I was forcing myself to get through the middle part. I was thinking that this drama could have been condensed to at least 12 episodes or less.
One last thing I have to mention, I am so disappointed that viki is still ruining the last scenes of the last episode by splashing the subtitle credits across the screen before the drama is even finished. It is very distracting. I do not understand why they can’t do that after the end of the last episode. I guess this is my biggest pet peeve about watching dramas on Viki. It just doesn’t make sense.
The actors in this drama are so cute. But this drama is putting me to sleep and I’m only on the third episode. Sorry, I know it has high ratings, but I can barely stay awake. and the music is not helping. 😴
Just finished this and it was an excellent drama in all aspects. Good ending for a war story. I would definitely watch again. It should have a much higher rating and where are all the viewers? I gave it 10 out of 10 for really good actors, story, music and production. I would like to watch another one as good as this. (FYI, I had no problems accessing this on HBO MAX and the subtitles were perfect— not too, rushed and easy to read and understand.) If you’re trying to decide on whether to watch this, I would absolutely try it and if you don’t like it right away, you can always stop, but I have a feeling most people are going to love it.
Another favorite but very dramatic is “The Double” — It will keep you on the edge of your seat—I rated it 10.0!
I’m wondering the same thing as you. What can I watch next that is similar without being let down? Is it possible? Ha!
