I usually love Chinese Bromance, and watched a bunch. This one is also highly recommended so I decided to give…
It takes a couple of episodes to realize what’s going on and really get into it— at least it did for me. But I have to say, the quirky, funny lead was so good. It’s all about integrity and soulmates. It opened a new world for me. I finished 49 episodes and I miss it already so I’ve started to rewatch it again.
I stopped at 10 episodes. I like time travel and historical dramas a lot, and there were really good well-known actors so I was hopeful. It started out pretty good for a few episodes and then went downhill with a slow, boring and somewhat confusing plot. I really wanted to finish but just couldn’t get to the last two episodes. Not sure why/what went wrong but I’m sadly moving on to something else. BTW I just finished watching 49 episodes of “Winter Begonia” (cdrama set in the 1930’s) and I highly recommend it. It was thoroughly fascinating and I’ve already started rewatching it again! (not time travel.)
This was a really good xianxia drama. The story and actors were interesting and fun.. Even at the length of 40 episodes, it kept me entertained all the way through. I already liked the actors from other dramas and they didn’t disappoint. I can’t wait to see more of their upcoming shows. I watched this on Viki and I have to say that I am Very much impressed And pleased that they finally waited until after the last episode to show all their credits. I really appreciated that. Thank you. The translations were very well done.
Cute drama. I watched it years ago and felt the same. It’s short and it was fun to watch again. The only disappointment for me is that I watched it on Viki, and they are still ruining the last episode of all their dramas by displaying Subtitle credits across the screen (also throughout the show) and ruining the mood of the endings because it is very distracting. It doesn’t look like they are ever going to change, so every chance I get I watch it on a different channel/streaming service if possible (even though I have a paid subscription). Sorry to say, but it’s true.
Is this the only KDrama with this many stars? A majority of the supporting cast are Lead Actors themselves. So…
“The Heirs” kdrama is so seriously underrated. I’ve re-watched it several times and it is one of my favorite dramas. The plot and all the actors are excellent. I highly recommend watching this the first chance you get—Enjoy and take care!
