Ep 29 i believe wrapped the dream story up, quite nicely. To just have ep 30 unwrapped it all over again.

The way i see things. HQ did not love ZYL, or I wouldn't call that love, more to obssesion. What she felt for ZXW, now that's love. As for HRZ, a brotherly love, HRZ knew that too.
As to why HQ never acknowledged her love for ZXW, because she learns the hard way, to force your way to be with the one you love, will bring harms to the people around you. ZXW is the head of the family, to stay by his side will bring him problems, keeping her a house prisoner proved that. Princess mom even resorted to fake her death. Imagine if she was truly heartless and really killed her. Because other people will not accept the fact that she's simply a house prisoner and her dad too. Even after 2 years, ZXW still had to fake her parents death too, to solve it.
How can HQ be so selfish and accept ZXW love. It affect not just her, but other people's lives too. She loves ZXW, that's why she kept that medicine bottle and kept holding it thight. With ZYL, it was a one sided obsession love. She starts to see and feel ZXW love, when he protects her, first time she felt love, unlike with ZYL.
I think with last 2 ep left, it’s very unlikely this drama follow the novel sypnosis of modern girl time travel.…
I actually prefer it not a time travel or in a game, story, comic, novel etc. The comatose dream, i can live with.
I really dislike time travelling or entering a differeng world. Because the main character, their feelings, going through so many things in the other world, how are they supposed to go back to their normal life. If in the other world they suffer loss, or meeting the love of their life. The devastation should've been something so big, that anyone would have a problem moving on. But, they ussualy resolve it with a simple melancholy ending, or somehow meeting their significant other in modern time too. I just dont buy it.
Question: The synopsis says she's a modern girl, who woke up as an evil side character in a novel she was reading. It's not time travelling, so censorship wise, it should be fine.
But judging by how it was never shown in the drama. Any chance it will not go down that path? As there's enough plot twist of everything was only in her comatose dream?

But if he actually saved her during her comatose, he loved the villain HQ, obsessed with ZFL. How are they going to play it after she woke up from her comatose?

Two different release. We have HBO up to ep 27, and daily after. Then we have new schedule from youko, up to 28. Today HBO will release ep 28, youko 29.
