And I am really confuse about this heat index. Dont ratings equal how many people watch it? If i watch it tomorrow and the rest watch it next week, my watching it tomorrow still counts towards the overal rating right?

Fast track is not available all the time. It's only available when they have a few ep left. So you can buy early access to ep 35 - 40. Tomorrow.

Subscribers complaint, that they are asked to forked out money, when they already paid the subscriptions. Also they complaint about the ending being spoiled because of the early access.

Last time i paid for a fast track in IQIY was for that zhang ze han drama, pavilion something. They then ban fast track. But it's on again now.

I also paid for a drama with WETV, cant remember the title tho. I think it was the one starring yang yang. But, i could be wrong.

Fast track means, for subscribers (VIP), you can watch all the ep for an extra fee (not exorbitant), about USD3 or 4. It's an option, so if you dont want to pay the extra money. Subscribers get to watch as per schedule. In the case of MLC ep 35 - 40, scheduled to air monday to wednesday next week.
