I just decided to check their instagram, and they have activity that's more recent. See my edited comment above. I have it in a cancelled custom list and will be coming back every once in a while to check up on it. So I'll reply again if any more news gets made. But I would still not hold out much hope on this one. 😞

Alot of us were going back and forth between ALOT of theories while this was airing. It was fun. Both trans and intersex rep are hard to come by in dramas, so i appreciate the route they went, but also couldve seen it going the trans route as well.

Oh, Yu He was 100% in the wrong. It doesnt matter how good her intentions were. It wasnt her info to share. At all. And Amber said he didnt want her to tell. A supportive friend shouldve went about that situation totally different.

Im seeing a lot of people on social saying the special episode will air on youtube on the 28th. Where are yall getting that information?!

Im not seeing it on MeMindY’s socials. MeMindY JUST RECENTLY made the TharnType S1 Special episode free on viki. Literally all of their specials are always behind a paywall. And even if they took it down, i’d doubt it’d be so quickly after the paid release.

Of course, if yall have a link for this info, please share. But if youre just going by words flitting around the fandom, id advise not getting your hopes up. The only official release for the forseeable future is Vimeo as far as im aware.

Edit: Im not looking for alternative websites to watch. Im just trying to dispel a rumor thats been making the rounds on social media. This is not getting officially uploaded to MeMindY’s youtube channel.

It appears that some of the graphic art used for this series or others from IS Entertainment were copied from other artists. They report taking action and to delete any images with the designs in question.

I do not know which designs in question at the moment. But due to timing, my guess is it applies to designs shown at the Live event earlier today.

Xun An knows Bai Long’s feelings. And he knows what Bai Long was thinking after seeing that scene with the classmate. He went chasing so that he could explain. So that he could clear the air. So that he could convince Bai Long that he is 100% committed to pursuing Bai Long and Bai Long alone.

But Bai Long essentially told him none of that mattered. Xun An’s attempts to communicate and what he wanted to say didn’t matter. What spurred Bai Long into action wasnt Xun An’s sincerity. Or his love. Or anything about Xun An and Xun An’s actions or feelings. But rather jealousy. Insecurity. A fear of loss.

When the emotions and circumstances around those feelings die down, will he still be so resolute about pursuing a relationship with Xun An? Especially since he wont let Xun An speak?

We know that that’s not what Bai Long meant. And we know there’s more to him turning around than that. But Xun An would only know bits and pieces. So I completely get it. He wants Bai Long to prove that this sudden 180 is sincere. That when the classmate is out of the picture and its just Bai Long and him, he’ll stick around.

That walk scene was gorgeous. And a little dizzying. But it was probably purposefully that way. To show how they keep walking in circles around each other, Bai Lang falling back and chasing, while Xunan is full speed ahead.

He seems to know though. Several of his dialogues prove it. He just doesn’t want to take it seriously. So he is being willfully ignorant.

Oh, i didnt know all of this was going on. I wonder if there are more complaints on other sites.

But all of these complaints are about uploading. Not as purchasers of other people’s content. So your warning would be more suited towards MeMindY as an uploader than us potential viewers.

Special intro clip is up and free on WeTV as of today.

The current MDL countdown is taking into account an early showing of the first 2 episodes on the 26th. But the WeTV airing schedule is different. The first episode will be on WeTV on Decemeber 2nd. For both free and VIP members.

VIP watchers will also get episode 2 at that time. But free members will be on a week delay from that point onwards.

This is the same price as their TharnType 2 Special Episode. But doesn't hold the same appeal in theory. And I'm having a hard time seeing how it could. That was a highly anticipated moment. Rather groundbreaking for BLs in 2020. High production value. And was the result of 2 seasons of building an audience. And you could see where all of the money went in it.

Dont Say No was 9 USD. TharnType 1 was 10 USD.

I know that things have been getting more expensive worldwide, but I'm really having trouble finding the logic in spending that money for this special right now. Especially since it wouldn't be leading into a sequel in any way like Dont Say No's. But who knows, maybe I'll try it anyway when I have the spare money again.

I'm pretty sure that's not Vimeo itself. But rather certain members putting their content on Vimeo and scamming their buyers. I could be wrong, but from my knowledge it's all just dependent on you knowing who you're purchasing through on there. Like most distributor sites.
