South Korea has its own rating system. It's different to the west because the west is decadent. What you consider to be a 12 is because you (and me, I'm not preaching) live in a decadent society.

My Dearest is brilliant. That scene with the herb baskets just epitomised the charm of it amidst the backdrop of such harrowing and realistic battle. Whilst watching I felt the sheer misery of war and the joy of human warmth.

MLL is well written, there are lots of lovely side issues where the unravelling of everyday lies is insightful and emotional... Kim So-hyun is good... the cast is good, there are some witty jokes. The weak point is ML is clearly in over his head, he's a rookie actor (he appears to have idol fans), so the PD needs to cut his screen time to a minimum to prevent the drama spiralling. He got exposed in ep.5 as you noted below, those romance scenes almost bombed because of his rabbit-in-the-headlights expression - so often.

Thanks, I wasn't being negative - I left positive feedback on show's page - and agree, 3% is good for Mon/Tue and it'll probably go up... young audiences (more the target for this one) definitely don't watch TV around the world, so tving is important note, thanks for the stats.

I rated it 1/10 because of the Netflix trolls bitching about the low rating. The rating is the rating, it's not negotiable.
