Very exciting, but a poorly constructed film. The action was terrific, the emotional aspects needed work, the transition in the narrative was too sudden and too extreme. Good job by the cast, Kim Woo-bin was charismatic.

Shin Min-a really is a fine actress. I sat pretty much stoney faced for the first 2 episodes and persevered as a fan, then it lit up in every area, ever so brightly.

Didn't read this, Ahn Bo-hyun can speak for himself. In order to watch it I'd have to watch the prequel, and I don't want to. I don't like sequels, especially when made as an afterthought - which they always are. The same movie again, a bit like when pop stars re-record one of their greatest hits years later - when you ask Spotify to play that song, it finds the version that's cheapest to play, the crap version, or a poxy live version, so annoying and it screws up your algorithm. I digress. Anyway, not for me this one.

Na-eun and Min-ho are the cutest couple, this weekend was a blast. There are mitigating circumstances for the Saturday dips of the Netflix dramas. The overlapping Fri/Sat dramas Good Partner and Black Out both scored big on Saturday. There were also baseball games on. So my guess is that the SK audience watched the Saturday episodes on Netflix.

Does anyone really like those low camera shots that make legs look longer? Problem is, it makes the feet gigantic. Kim Sun-young's plimsole is 3x bigger than her head!

The effect of somebody crying is enormously stressful for those nearby, it's built into our DNA to frazzle our nerves. Then add wailing to the mix.... a grown woman in 2024 shouldn't be doing that!! Didn't think I'd be saying this after the early episodes, but poor husband, he's coming out on top now!

Screw the mainstream media! Despite the angst the writer tortures us with, I like the many observations covered by this drama!

But she seems to be judging 'human trash' just based on their most recent mistakes - and conveniently the writer makes them so irredeemably trashy and evil they can simply be wiped out with gusto.

Haven't started No Gain yet. The ads on Prime are putting me off opening it. It could be my next subscription to cancel. Amazon increases the annual fee and inserts ads to boot - just to pay for its f*king Rings of Power losses, content I'm not interested in. It should charge an additional fee for its expensive productions instead of making regular subscribers suffer.

Not relevant, sorry, no offence. Nobody beats their child in this drama. On the other hand the mom in Love Next Door went berserk, in a misjudged and unfunny attempt at humour from a misfiring drama that panders to the foreign viewers, no doubt thanks to interference from Netflix.
