I couldn't agree more with you. I am glad that Liu yuning pick up this project and director chose him to play as ML alongside Liu Shi Shi. He has that aura and gaze plus with his height that is icing on the cake just perfect. I don't get why cnetizen have to criticise his acting just cause of his looks for me his looking finer in that costume. I really dislike when they pick a ML that is still young and have the idol look but does not fit the character it just spoils everything not all character can be played/suit the idol like look. I hope with this much negativity Liu yuning will not get affected and listen to those stupid comments. I love seeing him in historical drama ever since "the long ballad" seeing him in anle with reba I would want to see future project him and Reba as ML and FL. I know some ppl would disagree with me cause Reba beauty is unmatch but to me that would be a perfect pairing in my opinion. Liu yuning is handsome pls like which part of him is ugly gawd ppl have to chill man. Acting is not just base on looks but talent too

I like how for Liu yuning first male lead role he nail this character so badly. I loved that this time round they pick both ML and FL that is befitting their age in terms of maturity finally I can watch this with ease. Cause lately I notice most Chinese actors/actress are too young for this kind of strong impactful character so I prefer if for historical genre if they pick the FL and ML that matches their age. Just my 2 cent guys. Finally Liu Shi Shi is back with historical I actually prefer her in historical than modern her impact is incredible. I wonder if she's back in showbiz permanently cause I feel she will pause for 1 yr from showbiz. I am glad that she is one of the FL for the fox spirit series can't wait!!!

Usually all actors/actress will take heap of project back to back to be released for next year premiere on different channels and for me basing on the MDL list I see that her works for this year drama are only "sword rose" meaning next year she only have 1 drama to be released. That's how I gauge she's not taking up any drama at the moment.

I doubt there is anything happening not that I know off. Cause I see that she still attends all the fashion week and Ambassadors event as per usual so probably we just need to wait patiently for her next drama

2023 is almost over and her company going radio silence I really wonder if she will make a comeback next year. I would love to see her on red carpet and it's time for her to shine

Same I've been coming MDL to check if she's taken up any drama I miss her so much but I'm glad I can see her on diva hit the road but still hoping to see her on screen drama. Yeahh looks like she's taking a long break

So sad she's not taking any drama role at the moment and miss seeing her attending award show with her gorgeous look!! I'm so scared next year will be another miss for her since she don't take up much drama roles for this year or next year
