I wouldn’t take it to heart. I’ve always assumed Avenue X has watched so much /been in the industry so long that now her picks are more about what she finds interesting personally rather than anything else, and judging from her picks in the past, FoF doesn’t seem like a show she would like. She is good for gaining more understanding of Chinese history, culture, costuming and entertainment but her reviews often don’t take into account how stories can work from a universal standpoint, nor different audience perspectives.

Me too🤝. It was just announced a few minutes ago that it’s looking for investment so it really should be coming soon.

It’s a bit hard to describe but it’s something akin to long time friends or friends turned to family. It’s not supposed to be romantic but they look really good in their scenes together.

It’s definitely an improvement over the last poster. At least there’s a sense of story. I’m not sure who is handling the actual marketing or what is going on with it but I think MYCM tries to listen to fans as much as it can when it comes to publicity.

Yes, it’s pretty good. It has the chemistry that some other posters are missing without the industrial saccharine feeling that some of the videos have.
