Phoenix Stage has a sense of majesty in English. It brings up the image of a throne which fits the palace setting of the story. I can understand what is attempted with Phoenix Fly but it doesn’t have the same serious feeling.

😭Wonder if we can petition to change it to stage?

It depends on what TJR wants to do in the long run. For now, being with GJM might be okay because GJM’s style is suited to idol dramas, and his aesthetics are towards the higher end. In the long term though, if TJR wants to get out of idol dramas, he will need to work with other directors, especially if he wants to get into the more mature roles expected once an artist gets older.

Even if a director is considered good, it’s still beneficial for actors to work with different directors and crews in the long run though. Working with only one director all the time may stunt growth and limit learning opportunities because they get used to one directing style. And it might make it more difficult for the actor to branch out to other types of dramas if that director only shoots a certain type of subject matter. Plus, working with other directors widens the actor’s network, which is usually beneficial on multiple levels and can offer a different perspective on the actor which also broadens their horizons.

It’s because if a drama lands the BE ending right, it tends to have a greater long tail effect. Characters also tend to stick out more or last longer in the audience’s memory which is also a bonus.

I think the Age Gap tag might have been added before the FL was decided. Other actresses rumored to be FL were a few years younger than the ML.
