No one is sure. Apparently it’s being edited as it’s being filmed so that’s also why things are taking time- scenes that I guess don’t look good are being reshot. I hope it can air soon but I’d rather it be good quality if I had the choice. I like LCC so much that I hope she gets the quality show she deserves.

Tbh, I think she will be fine in this show but I like to give reassurance to people who don’t know her😂 You’re very right though -she’s in excellent shape. As seen in Huamei, she can do hand to hand combat and knows how to carry herself as a bad*ss. Like you said she worked with Jackie Chan, who uses real weapons. Phoenix Stage is using some martial arts masters who have worked on Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. And she used to do boxing. We also know she can do coyness and seduction from JJL and the cut tidbits of RoatF. Cangcang is my absolute fave atm but I’m also dying to see MYM in action. I low-key hope she gets a promo makeup video too. Her makeup videos are always amazing and capture the true spirit of the character. The biggest bonus about her though is it doesn’t matter how many scenes she has-she can shape a character even with few scenes. She’s a true character actress in this regard- even her early days with Old Nine Gates, her short performances are always super effective .
Just seen Xiao Ran’s sword fighting skills in the drama she’s currently filming and she looks good. Her expression management during the fight scene looks on point and she seems to be seriously and sincerely listening to the martial arts master. Not sure if she will use weapons in this show but I think her martial arts should be okay.
I want some sweetness too between GJ and FL. Subtle. It can work!
Do you mean BBH, or Yang Yutong, who is the 2nd FL? The FL and GJ aren’t supposed to be a couple. Sorry if this seems like nitpicking/nagging. It’s just good to keep the roles straight so there’s less confusion and viewers don’t get expectations that might be disappointed.
The video is cute! And I like the song (I’ve always liked the song though😂). Hope they release a tutorial or something, then fans who are influencers can make it go viral by doing a dance challenge. I feel like that would be a fun and cute way to help promote the show😂
It will depend on the screenwriter and director. Sometimes it can be done well. I watched a spy show with PXR last year and the romance didn’t interfere with the plot at all but it was really good because it was super subtle and fit the era and the character personalities. So I’ll stay optimistic about this one too.
Should I watch this? My friend recommend me this one but I'm not sure. Cause I know no one in the cast.
It’s a light-hearted watch with a smart, calm, and gentle female lead and strong supportive male lead. The pacing is pretty good. The revenge storyline is the main focus but there is a good amount of romance too.
There’s actually two cuts. I can’t remember which one was posted but the one where XH’s hand entirely covers LCC’s hand and he’s basically whispering in her ear while drawing the bow has insane chemistry.
