I saw an interview with Una You, she said the first time she watched her scene as Han Shiyi, she actually asked director where was her? She couldn't recognize herself!!

"The part I disliked the most was when Baiqi loses his memory, especially when this happens near the end of the drama. Memory loss is so common in dramas that it has just become an obvious route to move the story forward." IKR??!!! China censorship board should instead of censoring time travel, censor memory loss!! This is such an overuse plot device...

I haven't finished yet but saw a scene in 1 of the trailers that someone might have falsified a decree with ML handwriting and stamp（章印）that led FL to believe ML gave orders to kill Han Army in the battle....

A bit disappointed now that I've seen these episodes... Not sure why but 2nd half seems to be a bit flat, not as good as earlier half

The pacing slowed down and less jokes. I am disappointed with the wedding at ep 18. I thought it would b very funny but I din laugh much when I was watching (maybe due to the trailers, know too early...)

My last big laugh at the drama is actually the scene after FL was rescued. 5th Prince ask the doc if she was okay, and the doc gave a sad look as if she was dying.... That back kick he gave the doc, hilarious!

Go Princess Go kept popping up in my mind when I watch Heiress. As both FLs act like Man in the dramas. But scriptwriters change alot from the original novel for Go Princess Go! Original ending is a happy one (they had many kids and ML died due to a horseback accident) but the drama had open ending.
And here, they adapt exact same ending! Could have done some creative writing and give us a better, more satisfying ending.

In fact the only drama that I watched in 2020 that has happy ending is The Pillow Book. Most have open endings >_<

It is the novel author. Screen writers adapted the ending on the novel

But you will miss the hilarious wedding scene in ep 18. When FL go to pick up bride (the lady she had accidentally pull down dress at the inn), 2nd FL will pull a stunt to replace herself with the bride.... For me, I plan to watch until just b4 FL recover her memories. Can pretend that is the ending, she never recover memory.... >_<

Not exactly sad, but open-ended...

I'm overseas, yet to see the full drama yet. Hmm, I hope too there would be season 2. This is base on a novel though, and there's no part 2 to it. The script writers would have to write their own...

But the acting for Empress is really good

The Empress Fu Shou is my favourite! Regina Wan acted really well in the role

..... they will go seperate ways, and you will dislike Jiabao for it. Dong Shi Yi when asked to describe Jiabao in an interview, said 渣女 (scumbag).... But hey, do continue watching for Liang Shuang! I really like her character development in the 2nd half!

Most who like Nothing But Thirty will not like Twenty Your Life On, and vice versa. That is why I decided not to watch Nothing But Thirty ;p

Near the end of Twenty Your Life On, the last few episodes. Can't remember exactly, it is the episode just before the girls' graduation. But it is actually the same lecture hall scene that is in Nothing But Thirty too, just slight differences.
