You can find Ep 1 to 6 subbed here. The English subs aren't of good quality but if you're desperate, are familiar enough with Kdramas you can understand what's going on, this show is worth bad subs and all. Better than most Kdramas so far these last few months.

Yep, you've said it - "I love the sensitivity, compassion, and candor that they express in dealing with such a harrowing topic.". I have young friends who've passed away from cancer and some undergoing it now and it helps give me an insight to a lottle of what they're going through.
this looks interesting, i haven't seen this on my recommends or feed, going to give this a try! Also, is it good?
Go watch it! It's better than most Kdramas out there right now. Quality production, good acting and great storyline so far. It's sweet, funny and interesting, a different angle to the scary subject of cancer of a young person.
4 episodes in and I am rating it a Perfect 10. Better than many kdramas this year, I am surprised this quality web drama isn't a full kdrama series. I guess the subject matter might turn people off - a young man suffering from last stage cancer. So far, they've dealt with it sensitively, showing the devastating effect without hysteria or full on melodrama and no tears. I am just sorry it's not a series or a movie but they've done wonders in just 4 short episodes.
The mix of animation is superb - I am loving it. It's cute and it communicates how he feels without using the cancer as an excuse to get you invested and emotional. I just wished it was properly subbed and out on YouTube or Netflix (please Netflix! Get it!), it's so good, more should be watching it.

Just Dance was one of the best youth drama ever. Really great acting all round. Both leads went on to get more roles immediately.
Top Star Yoo Baek was funny and Heartwarming - unfortunately no one was translating it, and attempts were made to translate from Indonesian to English or Chinese to English, which was unfortunate. It is one of the best slice of life in a village drama.
I rate Be Melodramatic and Search :WWW excellent where the main roles are the women's stories, well acted and scripted.
I like him. He comes across as the most real on I Live Alone. Helps that he's really good looking and has a great bod, most of the time! I just wished he got better roles. There are others who are less good looking, can't act but get lots of roles. Poor Sung Hoon just gets web dramas or tiny shows. He deserves better honestly.
Ep 6 is up! It's a pretty cute web series. Wonder how many episodes it will be and when is it up? I can't seem to find much info about it. It's thanks to the poster here that I knew where to find it!
Missing Noir M is one of the best K-Dramas out there! At 10 episodes, it didn't waste time on unnecessary plot devices and useless romance. I love the twists every crime had and the team had great chemistry together and even better ending. I wish they had a Season 2
