wow - inventing a fictional lang thats cool - I am loving it tho - infusion of diff culture in this chinese mystery thriller , its very refreshing ;)

I am curious about the local language they are speaking - is it a mix of thai chinese ? Is buhe actually a city ?

This short one kept flashing on my app and I was 2 minds about it - But once I went into it , what a pleasant surprise - This is such a enjoyable drama especially yao yao and wang xiao characters - both of them did a really good job as the swapped souls characters - definitely give it a shot ....

Dawn Is Breaking - Because I like He xuan lin
Love Trap - Guilty pleasure drama for me ;)
Soul Sisters - cute GL - of course disguised as sisterly love
Thousands of Years of Love - very well done xianxia drama for such a low budget
Immortal Destiny - I like this directors others works as well including recent success Blossom
His other short dramas are also good - the killer is romantic , provoke , butterflied lover
Hard to find - This one is a original script and overall well done

what I love about these short dramas is some good worthy supporting actors from mainstream productions get to lead in such short series and show there range - its very inetresting phenomena

Lemme kick off the rating for this series , 8/10 for the first 12 episodes - this rating may change later but right now I am enjoying this very much - I have always liked He xuan lin since starry love days and I like her here as well - the ML is also doing a decent job - overall its looking good till now .

lol ... what an amazing analogy .... they are adult kids who need to be pampered for doing their jobs *shake my head* - I feel such award ceremonies are simply " mutual admiration clubs " - you praise me , I praise you ;) .... lol

the award names are ridiculous - its like tailored so as to give it to every actor ....lol

lol - Totally agree also the camerawork makes me dizzy - hardly any steady shots to keep us grounded - I miss our original tianqi and yue mi from ALP :) - I might rewatch ALP just for these two characters .

Just one episode short of finale and since I have read the korean manga I think this will be a safe landing - after long time I enjoyed a japanese bl drama with some good storyline - we have had many bl from japan this year but none could generate my interest - the last I enjoyed was my personal weatherman - this one scores a good rating from me as a year end japanese bl drama for 2024 .

Enjoyed this one - perfect for a mini drama - though would have loved more kissing scenes between the leads considering the set up of the story - overall well done .

A bit draggy for my taste considering that this is a short format series - It seemed it did not have much story to tell - But I did discover one good actor off this, Fan Zhi Xin - This is his 1st work I am seeing and I might chk his other works too - He does have wide range of acting chops I feel - looking fwd for his other works

CYF had better chemistry with zizi xu in ensalved by love then here

I cdnt stand FLs acting - even the supporting cast was doing better than her - the premise was good though but not well executed .

I agree with the reviews of this drama - well done storytelling with the only purpose to entertain audiences - its a very guilty pleasure drama to say the least - great kissing scenes which is extremely rare in cdramas these days - both leads did a good job - liked the ML here , he has decent acting chops and both ML and FL work off each other well - would love to see them again in another project

Also I feel like it has more taiwanese style vibe and I do like taiwanese dramas and series - very relaxed storytelling and pacing :)

This is surprisingly good - I hate queerbaiting stuff from any country and even if this has BL undertone or not I think the mental wellness in itself is a huge topic to be understood and be aware of - Jiahao is very a sensitive kid and he is very attached to his brother and his return is bringing some positive changes in him - This is a very realistic situation that happens around us very often and we fail to understand that people around us need mental wellness support including ourselves - I ll be sticking thru this one till the end .

and the story gives off 2ha (chinese bl novel) vibes .... lol

thoroughly enjoying this show - 8.5 / 10 from me .....
