I jumped into this drama for He Xuan Lin as I liked her since starry love days - it was a pleasant surprise that I stayed it till the end - by no means its a perfect drama but both leads did well , story was fast paced so no dragging as each episode was 15-16 mins on an avg , dialogues was concise and to the point to drive the plot forward - never been much of a fan of short length series but this one was enjoyable .

Finally finished this after lot of hemming and hawing... lol - Technicality wise this is one of the better works of hwang da seul - her direction has improved considerably - the actors did great what was written on the paper - I do think the writing lacked a bit here - also the whole story just felt to be revolved around do hoe and it tipped off the balance for me in terms of backgroud stories for both leads - I have a feeling that hwang da seul has more command over her direction skills then writing skills since having been watching all of her stuff since past - anyways this one was not so impacting then our beloved blueming , to my star and where your eyes linger :) - nevertheless 8/10 for me

will miss our original tianqi from ancient love poetry - Liu Xue Yi was very charming - hope ao rui peng does well here .. :)

Is the VFX team same from Fairy and Devil ? If so then no wonder I am loving it so much - the conceptualisation is an amazing visual treat :D

very anti cliche ending - loved it - if they come up with season2 I am in for the ride ...... :D

its all over the place but I am enjoying it immensely - the team dynamic is the highlight of the show ... hehe

lol.... perfectly summarised - I gave up on this long time ago - on and off come back to see the comments :) - this one derailed very quickly for me - not even stunning LXY could sustain me , added on was majority of the time spaced out wu jin yan's acting ability - hope LXY 's next venture with meng zi yi will be better ;)

I dropped it at episode 12 since we could clearly see where the writer is taking us with this story - this one was such a epic failure ... too bad

yeah - I like both the leads from their previous works ... lets see :D

I cant with the dubbing of the FL + LYT: she is a good actress , why is she overdoing it here *smh* - I feel wenjun is performing better then LYT - anyways dropping this @ 13

originally in the novel she is strong a character - just in the middle section of drama she seemed a bit out of character but rest is okay

lol ... yeah .... but I feel its not the translation but the dialogues are very dry , not very well thought out - like some school kid reading from his story book loudly in the class

maybe chatgpt wrote the script .. lol

does anyone get the feeling that the dialogues are way too mechanical ? ... :D

I would suggest watch it till ep 29 - writing / acting / directing / music is good - later it ust derails and its a mess - and of course it has sad ending ... lol
