I had a few issues with this lakorn. First, I like both main leads acting but the characters, they had to play are just meeeeh. Both do not look like they are in their teens anymore, so how can they demand of those two actors to act like 19 year olds? Also, both characters are not supposed to be in their teens anymore but mature adults. Their behavior does not match their ages. Yep, the ML is a playboy, but if you want to sell any romance between ML and FL you should make him stop sooner - and develop that romace. If you are watching this for the romance between FL and ML you will have to wait a loooong time. A really long time. To be honest, for me there never was any. No on screen chemistry. I have watched a lot of Weirs dramas and he can develop good on screen chemistry. Here it wasn´t there. Maybe because the leads had so little screen time together...? Plot and storyline just meeeeeh. I am sure, that if it wasn´t for Weir and his fans, this drama would never get a rating above 7. For me 4/10 - and only for shirtless Weir ;)

You have to watch out for the rape era in lakorns. That era starts round about 2000 and lasts till about 2018. It is rare to find one lakorn without an abusive ML or rape - if you are watching revenge lakorns. There are tags here on MDL so that you can see right from the start, if you want to watch it or not.

From approx. 2000 till 2018 was the era of slap kiss rape lakorns. Sawan Biang and many others were extremely ladden with ML raping the FL. If you search lakorns of that time, it is hard to find one without the rape - well, I mean the revenge lakorns of course.
Okay, okay, okay, I really like to watch a good slap kiss lakorn every now and than but WHAT THE DUCK is THAT? Behind every good slap kiss, there has to be a good story, a good background....here....nope, nada, nothing! This is abuse just for abuse sake, no storyline behind this one, just every single character abusing the FL for fun - even her friends and family arrange and force her to marry her rapist. Character growth - none. Good storyline - non existent. ML repents - NO. FL loves ML - Big NONO (stockholm syndrome is not love). Is there even ONE likeable character - NO. Does the ML show kindness to the FL at ANY point - NO. Is he ever sorry for raping her, abusing her, degrading her, for letting others abuse and degrade her and standing by, watching and being happy and laughing at her pain - NO NO NO! This is by far the worst slap kiss that I have ever watched. 1/10 only, because I can not give 0 stars.

Is this lakorn a mess? Yes. Is it your typical lakorn? Hmmm, yes and no. Yes, because it is crazy with all the slapping and over the top females. No, because they took the cheating to a whole new level. Usually there is one mistress or maybe two.....but THIS! At one point I thought "wow, is there ANY female in this lakorn that the ML has NOT had an affair with?????" A through and through flawed and disgusting ML that makes your skin crawl - I liked that! Up to the very last episode this was a great watch, great character growth of the FL. But THAT ending - no. Just no. If you want to make this kind of ending somehow believable, you have to give it a few episodes to portray a honest character growth of the ML and not push it into the last 20 minutes of the very last episode. Also you need a reasonable time frame for that. One does not change from "I sleep with anyone that does not run away from me (yes, literally anyone!)" to "I will be faithful to one woman only for the rest of my life" in the span of a few weeks - has it even been a few weeks??? Anyhow this would have been a good 9 / 10 for me with the right ending - where she left both, ML and SML and started a new live, developing herself and her career and meeting a nice guy. With THAT ending it is a 3/10.
Ummmm....well.....if you FF all the many, many, MANY attempts to murder or harm one of the main leads this is watchable. Be aware, that not much of the lakorn will be left if you do so. Just start FFwarding, as soon as someone approaches the FL or the ML - they always mean to harm them in every single episode. Apart from that ( the round about 20 minutes, that will be left in each episode ) it was good. Not great, nothing new but good. Also be aware, that the bad guys never get punished in lakorns....just so you know and do not get your hopes up for example that the ML mother will somehow have to take responsibility for all the things she has done.....
Oh well.....a cute little lakorn- with lots of crazy characters and the loooooooongest investigation into an absolutely obvious crime......- that I probably would have enjoyed in my teens and early twenties.....now, not so much. Too many too long too drawn out storylines that really take 30 episodes to resolve - boring. Was watchable till the ML decided to marry someone else - why? No idea, why that was even necessary to catch the culprit but it created the obligatory break up between FL and ML. Had to roll my eyes soooo many times in the last few episodes......If you can accept A LOT of illogical decisions from every single character, maybe you will like this lakorn. There are far better ones out there but there are also far worse. It was refreshing to see AWW playing a "nice" guy - well, for a lakorn ML.....MNT and PC were good.....most of the the rest.....far too much overacting especially from KMP. 6,5 / 10 for me.
