Oh my....oh my, oh my, oh my.......I really really really really do dislike spineless wimpy ML, I really, really do! I was watching and waiting and waiting and waiting for the ML character to grow a spine or ANYTHING that would keep him walking upright but no, he is and remains a spineless worm till the end. I mean, he is not the worst I have ever seen but my, he comes close. And what was wrong with the FL? How in the everliving cockroach could she stay with him? Had to drop this although I was looking forward to Push and Patricia as leads. Not my cup of tea.
Beware, the leads have very little screen time, so if you are only here for Great, you might want to reconsider or use the FF button a lot.....there was no on screem chemistry between the leads, both actors seemed "stiff" and not really comfortable with each other. On top of that the script was kind of boring with all those women running after this one guy like headless zombies - was this supposed to be some kind of comedy or did they want me to take this seriously? I mean, THAT was basically the whole script, the only storyline: women running after a guy......or should I say: mentally deranged women running after one guy...? One of them even kills herself, because said guy did not want her....Yeah, SO NOT my cup of tea. 5/10 stars for me.
This wasn´t as bad as I thought it would be. The acting was good, even CSP, who I usually avoid because of her poor acting, was not that bad here. The kid actor was great! Beware, that the leads have less screen time than the SL, the TL and all the other side characters so if you are here mainly for the romance of the leads you might reconsider. I started using the FF button A LOT starting from episode 3 as the SL with their childish, silly romance started to annoy me and they were on screen waaaaay too much. The character growth of the ML was what kept me going and not dropping this. Also note, that this is a revenge slap kiss (without any kiss) lakorn, so be prepared for abuse, sexual assault, child abuse, imprisonment and so on.
I watch toxic dramas like this only when I'm in a certain mood because I know the romanticization of rape will…
Nope, unfortunately they did not know better in 2012.....this lakorn is from the "lakorn rape age" which lasted from around 1990 till 2017. Some of the worst lakorns (rape) were filmed during this time, for example sawan biang and Sanaeha Sunya Kaen with sawan biang being the worst and most disgusting one I have ever seen. Not only was rape very normal during that time, it was also absolutely common to shame the victim, to persuade the victim to go back to the rapist and to show a "happy ending". During the Thai Watch Challenge slap kiss was a genre, that I have tried to avoid but those two "classics" mentioned above where on the watch list. One that I had to drop is Mia Tuean from 2014. I have since learned to use the tags above and if they mention "rape" I stay away when it is a lakorn from that time.
I finished and, well, the ending was rushed and not satisfying, at least for me. Some weird story to finish up…
Ähm, all of your questions are actually very well explained on screen. If you really want to know, you could rewatch starting from episode 15 and everything will fall into place.
Alright, need help. I have tried to watch this drama for around 3 - 4 times. Like REALLY TRIED. But the last episode…
Let me try to help you :) but keep in mind, that Healer is one of the top K dramas - for me....the FL character actually has some good growth here, starting from around episode 10. I am not a big fan of PMY either, but I really liked her in this (I like her in her older works, she lost a lot of her "charisma" lately - IMO). The actors worked very well together and there actually was OSC between them. Also, I liked the side story. The ending.....they could have made it better, yes, they really could have, but it is not a "bad" ending just a bit "bland". BUT, if you really do not want to watch PMY I would recommend scipping this. There are a few dramas out there, that I really want to watch - for example: kill me, heal me - but the FL actress annoyed me to the point, where I had to drop it. I tried muting her first, but I could still see her screaming expression every other minute, so I dropped it. This is the same for all the dramas she is in - unfortunately(!), because the scripts of those are usually my cup of tea. So do not force yourself.....

No! City Hunter: I FF a lot, watched at 1,5 speed and still got bored. The OSC was not good enough and it dragged a lot. Healer: during the first watch I did not FF at all and watched at normal speed. Second watch was the same. Third watch, I FF the side storys. Very good OSC, a bit of dragging of the side storys. I recommend Healer but not City Hunter.
I'm glad I read this comment. I've been going back and forth on watching this drama because I love JCW and absolutely…
Healer is really one of the best kdramas - for me - out there. It is older, but the on screen chemistry is very good and the actors worked really well together. The first episode is a bit boring but it gets better and better!
So can you tell me when she begins her revenge? I watched 6 episodes now and nothing yet, she mostly cries and…
Episode 10. Everything before that is just running around in circles and getting not much done. The last two or three episodes is, where the revenge really begins.
FL cannot be this naive and dumb. If she is this dumb then she deserves everything she gets. I need to see some…
I saw real growth by episode 10....till then she switches bestween the cry monster in the corner, the depressed martyr victim and the stoic looking disbeliever.
