I don´t really understand, where the problem with such a scenario would be? Would you not watch it? Why would it not be ok, if the guy says, that his GF does not satisfy him? I saw, that you made the same comment over and over again, so I am really curious...

Giving up on this one. Episode 12 and still NO character growth on the FL part. Also, the SFL is walking all over everybody and is not put into her place once. Nope. To be honest, I would not have liked this in 2010 either. Dropped.

You can google, how much she has had done.....some papers even talk about an addiction for cosmetic surgery.....of course, I do not know for sure, but if you compare pictures from two years ago to now.....

The acting is good, production as expected but my oh my, that FL character is just much too much too brainless "doormat" for my taste. Absolutely zero self respect, self love or self awareness. Also, I could have lived with the fact, that she dresses like a homeless person - worse, she dresses in the clothes, that an old grandpa would have thrown away, because they are too big and too out of style BUT, I could not get over her lack of manners! At least, they could not have made her burp in public into the ML face. She does not wash herself or take a shower for days.....WHAT?!? Come on, really?!? SML even tells her in ep 4, that he thinks of her as a little boy. A little dirty boy, that just came home from the playground and refuses to take a bath, I might add. Yeah, exactly. So she needs the ML to learn how to wash herself, how to take regular showers, how to buy clothes, how to eat, how to behave.....Puh. So yeah, I know, 2010 and cliche and whatnot but please, the audience gets it, she is pathetic and will grow a great deal in the end and it has to be really bad for her to come out really shiny to increase the WOWfactor.....but.....will update if I ever finish this.
THIS! The acting is really top notch! I have watched a lot of dramas with YT and this is by far his best performance. The best example, that an actor can show his best potential through a great script. Well done to the whole team!

I have to agree with that. After doing some research I found out, that girls were considered women as soon as they got the first monthly period and were married immediately after that - it was like that worldwide. Boys started to marry, as soon as their voice changed from boy to man - and that could have been even sooner than the girls. So for that time, this was normal. For our present time, it is disgusting and rightly so(!!!!). I would tear apart any man, that would try to touch my 12 year old daughter but 1000 years ago, she would already be married....horrible thought!
And another one of those dramas, where I can not understand where the high rating comes from..... For me, it was ok, but nowhere near 8.8. I was more interested in the bromance than in the romance.......that happens, when I do not see any chemistry between the leads. KGE....well, KGE tried, but well.... Some mentioned, that there was no chemistry because of the age gap - not for me, I did not mind the age gap at all. The only drama, where I can see a bit of chemistry from KGE is the king and that is it. The drama had a strong storyline and for me to believe in this great love story, there would have had to be great chemistry and relationship building. As those were missing, that storyline fell flat. The second leads were great, the bromance was great but the rest......hmmmm.... 6/10 for me.
Oh well..... unfortunately I had to drop this altough I have been a fan of JBRs acting since the shadow play. It is not a bad drama, the storyline was good, the acting was good but ZS.....my oh my.....sorry, if I have to mute the FL as soon as she appears on my screen, I have to drop it. Not only ZS voice....but the FL character.....I do not like to see FLds, that act like 5 year old spoiled little brats or all cute and dumb......nope. If you can get past that, you will probably like the drama.....
The happy or NOT happy end.....many viewers describe the ending as happy.....I do NOT!For me, it is NOT a happy…
Ok, if cloy has a happy end for you, that is great. For me it is not a happy ending. You are talking about 5 years apart, I am talking about forever. However, if you liked the ending it is great.
Here you have great actors that are really trying to imperson poorly written characters. You have a great idea but it is executed in an average way. Did I enjoy it anyway? YES! Why? Because of the actors! Rain did a great job - as expected. The storyline is really not bad - not the best, but def. not the worst either.

After all the suffering she had to go through because of the ML and FL, she could at least have had a happy end......but well......I really can understand, why it flopped in Thailand and why it took soooooo long for somebody to pick it up and sub it......
