This is definitely going to be one of the shows I will re-watch after it's all aired so I can watch the episodes straight through back to back, because I just know there are some minute and tiny details I've missed lol.

All the kudos to Boss and Noeul for their performances, though. For it to be the same character, but actually a different character at the same time? Get it, Boss. And the utter despair Noeul portrayed tugged at *all* my heartstrings.

Curious about Jin's little mind reading malfunction. Was it just Wim's mind being so chaotic, or is there more supernatural hokey pokey messing with his ability?

It annoyed me that Toey spilled that to Jay without Wine's permission 😑

He's still getting to know Faifa and those around him. And he's been struggling about it since before getting to know anyone in Fa's group. Coming to terms with what is not considered the societal norm is not simple or easy. And we don't know much of Wine's back story, I'm sure there's more to it than the small excerpt we've seen. For it to change his entire demeanor, it's gonna be something more traumatic than just breaking up with his ex.

The light bulb that went off over my head when I understood why Wine is so sad! I'm actually glad they're bringing up the internal struggles of realizing he likes men and thinking he's not normal (he is, of course) and that being the reason behind his demeanor change.

Also, did anyone else notice the color change in the credits? I love that each story arc is a little different in the credits. ArcArm had a very orange background with blue pieces, YothaGun had a blue background with orange pieces, and now FaifaWine have blue on blue with some cream/white pieces. I like that it feels like the colors match the characters - as well as being complementary colors. Arm, as the new Liner and quite bubbly, is vibrant orange and Arc, as the more dour of the two, is the blue. Yotha, as the new Liner and quite dour in himself, is blue with Gun being his orange (playing into the aspect of Gun being the "sunshine of this world"). And both Faifa and Wine being blue as they both deal with their personal sadnesses? I love it.

I had to go back and watch episode 9 again to make up for this episode's sadness 😭

This! She pulled the rug out from the group and said, "but, really, it's OK because I'm going to give you consolation prizes instead." I really think that phone call she made was her still pushing Thame as an individual - I need someone to find out from the Korean company that they actually did want to group and Pemika still manipulated it to what she wanted and then rat her out to the world. Let her see how she likes being the one everyone is against.

The writing in this show is spectacular. The constant rollercoaster of emotions, the genuineness of the reality of idols lives, and the sweetness of the lovey dovey. Not to mention the twists of hating but then resignedly understanding the supposed villain. All the props and accolades. I can't believe we're coming to the end

This looks goofy camp as hell and I'm down for it lmao. Can we just change the wizard costumes, though? So terrible 😅

Fair. If it is supernatural, I like the theory that Cir has the super hearing, which is how he knew so much about Phu. But still mixed with the multiple personality disorder lol. Cause, you know, the whole multiple Cirs in the white padded room.

I came to see theories about what's going on in the show, and as I'm reading through comments, d@mn is this comment section *not* passing the vibe check 😬 I don't know why people are so pressed about others having different opinions or preferences, but christ on a corn dog are they ever.

Anyway, I'm guessing multiple personality disorder. Just to throw my hat in the ring lol.

Personal taste is, in fact, personal. I thoroughly enjoy both this show and ThamePo, because that is my personal preference. Are they perfect? No, of course not. Am I entertained and enjoying the silliness? Yes, and yes. Do I enjoy the emotional aspects of people falling in love? Yes. Do I think improvements could have been made? Again, yes. But that doesn't mean the show as a whole is bad to me. I take *all* Thai BL with several grains of salt because I know they are not going to be masterpieces. And if I don't enjoy it, I don't watch it.

Honestly, Fa has easily become one of my top favorite characters, so I'm genuinely excited to see the upcoming episodes. I hope Wine's heart is eased and he can then break Fa out of his perpetual over kindness. Fa's masking is *intense.* I'm glad we had a glimpse of Yotha knowing Fa overcompensates. I keep seeing his face when their mother was explaining why she took Faifa and not Yotha - he looked so broken. Wine and Fa are gonna be so good for each other!

Ooh, I honestly glossed over that aspect, so thank you for reminding me! It's such a genuine question, too, so I'm glad it's one that has been woven throughout - despite being a bit heartbreaking in the process.

I think it's more hesitation after being treated so poorly by his ex. I would probably be the same way, honestly. "I want it, but can I trust it? Am I going to be let down again? How badly will it hurt when he realizes I'm broken and not good enough?" There's a war going on inside Po, wanting to believe Thame is all in, but fearing he's just making it up in his head. And Thame being new to relationships is both bold and naive in his pursuit. He charges forward, but he's mildly clueless. I actually think they balance each other well. I don't disagree that there's a large tendency to make one the oblivious puppy like you said, but I don't get those vibes here, personally.

I totally get where you're coming from, but let me add how my brain interpreted it lol. Yes, the caving to fans was disappointing (realistic, but disappointing), but that took a backseat in my brain compared to the act of self sacrifice. Gam ending the relationship so that Per could continue with the group unscathed, despite not actually wanting to break up, is an act of love that shows just how much he means to her. She wasn't willing to stand in the way of his dream. Yes, she hurt him by doing so, but my deep and fervent hope is that they'll end up together again in the end. If Thame and Po manage to make it work, Per and Gam deserve the same. And based on what Po said to Fern, I'm hoping Fern will muscle up and use her influence as the fan base account owner to sway people with Po's words. So all fingers and toes crossed for that 🤞 I mostly think that once Thame and Po's relationship is publicized, the discussion of idols dating and having lives will come out and Per and Gam will be able to come back together. Of all the issues with the self sacrifice, I'm more concerned Po has that seed in his heart, and - based on the trailer - Pemika is going to exploit that. Man, I loathe that b!tch.
I also agree that the going to Korea bit is just eh to me. It's what Pemika wants, which makes me automatically want the opposite lol. I wouldn't be opposed to it being part of the story, just not the end goal 😑

It breaks my heart that Gam did that to protect Per's dream. Like, I get it, but damn, that's some serious self sacrifice, gurl. And after her talk with Po, I fear that seed has been planted in his heart, too. I have never been one to be such a deep fan that I hang pictures or posters on my wall - not even when I was a young teen and NSYNC was my favorite. So I will never understand the types of fans who think it's OK to police idols/actors/famous persons private lives. Can you not see that everything in front if the camera is, in fact, a front? That being in the spotlight means they project the image they want to be known, but that out of the spotlight they have actual feelings and emotions and relationships? I have never understood, and I likely never will.

Why, when Style said to just add an S to the name of the burger joint, did my mind think he meant at the beginning? Like, I thought Sheart Burger, and said it like shart 😅
