I so want the actors to play characters closer to their actual age! I want more adult shows and less school setting…
I don't necessarily mean adult content like NC scenes, etc. Just not school settings. Off was 32 years old in Cooking Crush playing a college student almost a decade younger. I just want them to play adults, with adult jobs, and adult issues. That's part of why I enjoy Moonlight Chicken so much, they are adults navigating relationships (excluding Gemini and Fourth, obviously lol) and problems like money and businesses and such. I'm old enough that I don't want to watch children anymore lol
what's the name of the novel and where can I get it online
The novel was written after the script, so it has the same name. Someone here posted it as a Google Doc, but I don't remember who, unfortunately. I can try to repost it, but since it's not mine I'm not sure if I can.
I need a spoiler from people who knows the ending. Even it is a sad ending I need to know to get the courage to…
It is not sad. At. All. It is the happiest of happy lol. I've read the final chapter and the epilogue at least 4 times in the last couple days because it's just so smile inducing.
I finished the novel the other day, and I just can't with this story! It's beautiful. Without even seeing the final episode, I already know that it is top 3 ever for me. Knowing how the story ends and having envisioned it while reading, I absolutely cannot wait to see it visually. I'mma cry lol
Perth and Santa could both be paired with a piece of cardboard and they'd find a way to create chemistry enough…
I so want the actors to play characters closer to their actual age! I want more adult shows and less school setting shows. As much as I like Junior, it was difficult initially to believe he's Perth's younger brother - easier now because I know that characters, etc. but still.
It's interesting you like Mark more, because I'm the opposite lol. But it may also be the script itself that I have a harder time with Mark/Wine. The character of Faifa just feels more rounded out to me. However, I have not watched Sky in Your Heart - not sure why, just haven't - so I don't have that frame of reference. But in Cherry Magic, I still preferred Junior despite the actual character not being my favorite. I think it has to do with Mark's facial expressions 🤷 But I definitely agree they both deserve a better written break out role. There's potential in both that I don't think they've been allowed to truly express.
Why was Phum sent to the USA? Unless I missed it, his parents gave a very vague answer about protecting him but…
I don't think they ever gave a satisfactory answer. Phum and Fang are super close in age since they are in the same year in school, so it never made sense to me why they kept Fang at home instead of sending them both. Maybe that was part of why Phum held that much resentment. But no, the reasoning stated was hella lame.
Because it's embarrassing to see Phuwin in romance scenes, I feel sorry for Pond.
Between acting coaches, intimacy coaches, a director, and the fact that Phuwin was only 20 when they filmed this, I don't blame him completely. I genuinely believe he was told to do it that way, because it's not like that in NLMG.
Aaahh. That makes more sense, then lol. I haven't watched Only Boo yet - I've been trying to stay away from school settings because it just feels like it's the only setting option for the majority of all BL shows anymore. I wonder why they didn't list them as the characters names from Only Boo instead of their real names.
Out of curiosity, since GMM just put Project JASP.er together of 4 of their actors, do we think maybe the 4 showing their choreography to Po, Ming, and Tae at the beginning of the episode are going to be another idol type group project of actors? They're all listed as playing themselves in the credits here... I mean, they can't have learned that choreo for that tiny scene *only* right?
Am I the only one bothered about how Jun and Mick casually decided to get Po fired without even asking or telling…
Yes! And Po didn't really even flinch about it! I would have been *pissed*! The only reason I can see it being OK in the long run is if they have a way for him to get rehired. But I don't feel like that's likely.
Its kinda disappointing this ep was all about reuniting the group once again instead of reuniting Thame and Po.…
I always saw the show as being Thame and Po falling for each other while trying to hold the group together. Like, the whole point of them even beginning to talk to each other was for the group to reunite, so it makes sense to me that now the rest of the group is coming to save Thame after he initially saved them first. The whole, "coming full circle" thing.
Till now decision wise I was with pemika because any ceo will take decisions what's best for their company but…
Honestly, I think she does see them slightly as slaves. Maybe not to the full extent of servitude, but in so much that they are her underlings and must do her bidding because she is in charge for sure. I get that she has to "do what's best for Oner," but to completely disregard the actual desires of the people she is supposed to be managing is just vile. It's bound to fail when there's no compromise between artist and company, and I am sat for what I hope will be her downfall.
I am so proud of Po for telling Earn off! I was kind of hoping he would do the same to Pemika when she took his badge back, though. But I get why he didn't given the way the rest of the episode went.
Man, Thame is grieving so hard. Not just the loss of his relationship with Po, but with his group, his dreams, his comfort, and his freedom in general. I hate so much that we have to wait another week to see Thame smile again ðŸ˜
Did anyone else have issues with the subtitles on YouTube for this episode? All of the diary part and most of Jun's dialogue at the end of the third part were just not there...
Pemika said on live tv it would only be Thame going and not the rest of them. Let's say Po didn't break up, what…
I genuinely believe Pemika is the one who had all the pictures taken - both of Thame and Po, but also of Pepper and Gam. She knew before that Pepper was in a relationship - she even said when the group was trying to get back together that it wouldn't be all of them because of Pepper. She is a sneaky sneaky underhanded bitch. I love to hate her.
I'm rewatching episode 11 before tomorrow's episode, and I have to agree with whoever said it previously that the fans would have raised a massive stink with the way Pemika did the group dirty. You can see on all their faces that they are shocked and disheartened. The amount of parasocial fans the group has would *not* have missed those expressions. I'm gonna need Baifern to step up and start a smear campaign against Pemika on the fan base website, dammit.
Also, does Pemika not know that dreams can change and evolve with time? She's using their answers from when they were trying out/trainees without taking into account how their desires might have changed since then. I love to hate her 😑
can anyone tell me do i have to watch the entire thing to understand or can i just watch from the episode where…
I think you can watch each ArcArm and YothaGun freestanding, but because Faifa is so ingrained in Yotha's life as his brother, I would recommend watching YothaGun's story in it's entirety to keep up with FaifaWine. You probs don't *have* to, but it will round out Faifa's character better if you do.

"He rolled in here like a ball."
Oh, man. I cackled like crazy 🤣
And yes! So glad for the Mick twist lol
