I came into this with zero expectations and very little knowledge of what it would be about. And I'm, honestly, pleasantly surprised. It's giving two jaded people trying to make others just as jaded as them, and hijinks ensue. And I'm here for it.

Also, when Boss's girlfriend was seeing his cheating pics, I had to go back and pause because I thought the blonde was Lego 😂

She is absolute trash and I really wish we had seen someone yell at her about it. She knew! She knew and never said a damn word. Chuck her in the bin with the rest of the rubbish and let her rot. Really my only complaint about the entire show is how easily she is being forgiven 😑

In a tent at a music festival for their first time?! That's almost more bold than Yotha at Gun's house with his parents and sister under the same roof!

I just adore FaifaWine. They're so good to and for each other. And their communication is so open and healthy. Ugh, they are everything!

Do we think they *will* air the episode tomorrow? They postponed Sweet Tooth, Good Dentist because of the earthquake, and with it still being so fresh and so much devastation I can see them postponing this one as well. I mean, I hope not, but I'd rather wait an extra week if it in any way helps the people affected by the quake.

To me, it felt like as Mark starts to feel more he feels guilty for basically locking Tong away. Then more guilt piled on when Tong learns of Nuan's previous knowledge of Tong's situation. So he relents and forgoes essentially forcing Tong to stay with him anymore. It's like he's trying to give at least a small sense of normalcy to Tong after all the chaos he's been through. At least, that's what made sense in my head.

The post it over the eyes rather than just using the sheet to cover the whole thing again? He's such a goober.
And the retaliation of the anime eyes on the post it? Comedic gold 🤣

My bad. I misunderstood hypermasculine as you saying the field itself has masculine traits which made zero sense in my brain. My coffee had for sure not kicked in yet. It is a very male dominated field, yes. Regardless, I still recommend the show.

Is it silly that I find Mark wearing sneakers so odd? I don't know if I've ever seen a vampire depicted wearing sneakers lol. It somehow makes him way less threatening to me 😅

I would also love to see MarkNamtan again after Last Twilight. I loved them. Though, I think Mark could have chemistry with a plastic bag and make it convincing lol

I have never heard of engineering or architecture being "hypermasculine," but I think they use those so often because of costuming. Black pants, white shirt, black (maybe purple, depending on the school) tie? Easy peasy, likely inexpensive, and no effort.
The age of adulthood in Thailand is 20, so all incoming freshmen at university in Thailand are at least 20 years old. I don't really see anyone acting 14 or 15, personally, but the cutesy thing feels more like a cultural thing than an immature thing. Again, to me. Though, I agree that one being the overly cutesy and the other the stoic, almost mean, one kind of trope is vastly over done.
I still recommend the show - each couple gets a progressissively better story. I liked ArcArm, liked YothaGun even more, and would absolutely commit murder for FaifaWine.

The song and dance scene was... Well, it was.

I didn't hate this, but I also didn't love it. No, I never saw the original - and given the vibe of this one, it's not something I'm going to seek out, either. Earth was excellent in this role, Mix was good, but the character writing felt flat a lot of the times for me, so I don't think he was given the opportunity to really shine in the same way as Earth. Overall, it was OK for me. But nothing more than that. Just OK.

So the shirts that Faifa had made - anyone else see the heart on the front as quite reminiscent of Wine's lip shape? That then also matches the cup Faifa bought for Wine? I wonder if we'll get any sort of explanation about how Faifa designed it. My brain is seeing the heart as Wine's top lip and Faifa's bottom lip and the lightning bolt on the back as how struck they are with each other and how finding each other was like a bolt of electricity to Faifa's life. But I'm probs reading way too much into it 😅

PondSand were at the table when Arm got the call, so I would say JetPun. But Po was the one on the couch whining he was going to propose, too, so I'm confused lol. Maybe Tay? Because Wine still has to get his bracelets. But then why would Arm get that call instead of Arc? Unless it was Pun letting her peer mentee know. 🤔

That rooftop needs to be immortalized deeming it Faifa and Wine's personal spot. This episode's rooftop scene surpasses them all - absolutely perfect. My eyes are watering from how much I've been smiling lol

I use kisskh only as a last resort lol. I get really tired of having to close all the ads that pop up every 5-7 minutes and the constant rerouting to random websites 😑 But I do pay for Iqiyi, so I'm good on that count lol

The trailer specifically says Iqiyi at the end, so I'm assuming it'll be Iqiyi only for the US like MGB. I don't know about elsewhere, though. GMM has been taking a lot off YouTube lately 😑

So I know My Golden Blood is only 2 episodes in, but is it wrong that I'm hoping this show will be more serious than MGB? Because I have been cackling like a loon after MGB episode 2, and it made me realize I hope Revamp isn't like that. I just want them to be different enough that they don't get compared to each other too much. I know it's inevitable they will be to some extent, but if Revamp takes a darker and more serious note than MGB it will set them apart enough. Hopefully 🤞
