Something in the rain, One Springnight and Because this is my first life are some of my favourite dramas so I was really looking forward to watching love next door. But I'm finding it hard to connect with this story. I find the main characters and their families absolutely annoying. Do the MLs have any social skills at all, like emotional intelligence, ability to communicate? If I met one of these people in real life, my reaction would be to run away, I don't want to surround myself with people who make you constantly guess what's going on inside them. Just seeing this drama makes me want to avoid these people. That's exactly what I'm doing now.

It was a long and largely boring journey with this drama. But now I've made it. The best thing about the drama is the music, which I really like. The love between the ML's wasn't even lukewarm. No idea how love is supposed to overcome death in these temperatures. The lead actress didn't reach me with her performance. I have no desire to see her again. I would give the male lead another chance in another drama in the hope that another counterpart can warm him up.

"Korea has no right" is a really dodgy phrase, clannishness is something despicable. I find it presumptuous to make such a statement.

I agree! Mum has managed to raise 2 children on her own, why would she want a third child who will never get out of puberty.

Dad is one of the stupidest characters of all time. The only thing he has changed is his financial situation. However, it is not yet clear how he achieved this. Apart from that, he doesn't seem to have learnt anything. I hope that this impression of his character in this story serves a purpose. I would find it disappointing if Mum just sank into his arms at the end. He hasn't managed to grow up in the space of a few years, so I wouldn't be convinced if he were to make a spontaneous 180-degree turn now. So all that remains is to hope that the revelation of his secrets provides a very convincing explanation. Hiding his relationship with his neighbour won't help either.

Somehow this Drama reminds me of „The nutty Professor“ with Jerry Lewis ( 1963)

It's probably these characters that remind me of the mood of screwball comedies!

I'm surprised, but so far I like this drama. I'm currently on ep 8 and feel very well entertained. I've had a few hearty laughs.

If she is a successful lawyer who achieves her goals and can enjoy them, isn't that also a happy ending? In any case, it's better than being cheated on by an idiot who thinks he deserves a medal for taking care of his child as a man.

I'm usually bored by lawyer series. For me, there has to be some kind of twist. I liked Why her because I found the performance of the female lead convincing and I like revenge dramas, but the male lead had practically no facial expressions. So for me the chemistry between the two wasn't right. In Extraordinary Attorney Woo, I think Park Eun Bin's performance was terrific, the autism theme very well portrayed, the whales as a special interest just so beautiful, but I would have liked to see a second season. I like that there are two female leads in Good Partner. I'm not interested in male lawyers, they're either boring or psychopaths. At the moment it also seems to be about revenge and I'm curious to see how the mudslinging surrounding the main character's divorce will develop. I like the relationship between the two main characters and I'm curious to see how their personalities will develop. I know Kim Joon Han from One Spring night where he was very unlikeable and I'll be surprised if he gains my sympathy here. I also find the divorce cases exciting so far, especially because in my country the concept of the question of guilt in divorces no longer exists and I find it exciting that in South Korea the guilty partner cannot apply for a divorce.

So far best lawyer Drama ever, loving it!

A very stupid story with very stupid characters. I love Story of Yanxi Palace and think the female lead is really good, all the characters in this drama had a lot of depth and then a prequel like this where all the characters you've grown to love are completely dismantled.

After episodes 14 - 16 annoyed me with their constant empty meetings, I grew to love this drama again in the following episodes. ML Han Ting gave the valuable hint that you can actually be too early in the market with new developments. I have experienced this myself. I also have to recognise that Tan Song Yun is able to portray complex emotions with her facial expressions. The way she brought to life in her facial expressions the conflict between wanting her girlfriend and her ex to do well and being hurt was a great acting performance.

I've reached ep. 15 and I'm bored almost all the time now. The constant meetings preeching slogans of faith and trust are getting on my nerves. Nothing is happening there. The meetings I attended for years were all about specialised questions, hard figures, facts and specifications. For me, watching meetings in this drama is a waste of time. They are also not necessary for the further development of the story: I already understood what it was about after the first one. Hallelujah, my patience is really being stretched here. The only drama that took it to a similar extreme was Only for love with Dylan Wang.

I mixed up two Dramas. Why women love is a noona drama which takes place in business world. It‘s quite nice. But the noona drama I like to recommend to you was Falling into you. Thats the one with the athletics trainer 🫣

I love Something in the rain bit it dives deep in problematic relationships and questions of tolerance. I like the Chinese Drama why women love. Its about a relationship between an athletics trainer and a student.
