Nirvana in Fire is my personal number 1 drama of all time and I cannot imagine any other drama being better than this. It is a masterpiece for the ages in every respect - cinematography, story, etc.. I do not know how far along you are in the drama, but the first few episodes are a little confusing. Stick with as it gets better with every episode. It also gets better with every re-watch as I have seen this eight times since it was released and I rarely re-watch dramas. While there are some people who did not like it (very little romance) there were many that loved it. I hope you enjoy it!

I really loved this drama. What a gem of a love story. While many folks did not like the Mother in this drama (myself included) I think that her wealthy, beautiful, dysfunctional family unit was written into the story so that we can see how much more beautiful some one with a simple and pure soul Pooh is. The scene in the elevator was deep - may be one of my favorite dramas scenes if all time.

Back after a few days to let you know that I just finished watching Pegasus Market. It was great and i would have missed this gem if i had not read your post! Just what i needed to beat the Covid-19 blues! Yes!

Loved both seasons of Queen of Mystery. One of my favorite working couples in dramaland. Clever writing and great acting.

Do not miss this. Be prepared to get on the scariest roller coaster ride in the world and spend the first 2/3rds in a steep climb to the top with your stomach in knots only to look down at the upcoming fall. Then grab onto the handle bars and hang on tight cause it is a crazy ride going down.

Park Seo Joon is the real deal. His acting continuously improves. Very talented actor.

So glad to see Elvis Han on this list. I first found him through Wu Xin Monster Killer. I just loved this drama. The music was great and the chemistry between the leads was just beautiful.

@akai-kitsune Can you please recommend a film or drama featuring Shun Oguri that you really enjoyed? I would like to see some of his work. I agree that with age and life experience our tastes change. I rarely watch school dramas and I shy away from idol dramas. Thanks!

Li Yu's middle name should be "thief" because he steals every scene he is in. An amazing actor! I love to watch him on the screen.

I am absolutely addicted to this show and I never miss an episode. There is great chemistry between these guys. I think Yang Se Hyung is the funniest man on the planet. The best episodes are where they all have to dance. I fall out - it is hysterical.

The OST is outstanding and I love the dark, deep instrumental track that plays on and off during the drama as well as when they run the credits. I rarely buy OSTs but I am going to invest in this.

I have to say that the mini-previews at the end of each episode are the among most intelligent I have ever seen. This is so good - so good.
