In the novel, there were a lot of things that were not explained and happened behind the scenes. But because ZSC was trying to protect SY he never told her what was happening. But in the drama MBFB had to develop the story so that we see why certain things happened.

I think she will remember something maybe while she is in a coma, because she said she had dreams of Chang'an when she was little on the first episode.

This is a BIG family where you have a little of everything and because they have a lot of money, power, connections, etc. they are involved in legal and Illegal businesses. Unfortunately, the Head of the family is responsible for everyone and has to clean up everyone's messes. It also does not help that they are so many people against ZSC's agenda and out to get him at first than Shi Yi because she is his weakness. Also there is a mess on who is who's parent. ZSC's mother passed away when she gave birth to him. His father then married his brother's girlfriend to legitimize ZSC( the current Matriarch, whom cheated on her husband with her ex-boyfriend and had the twins Zhou Wen Chuan and Zhou Wen Xing), ZSC's father passed away his uncle was put in charge of the family and businesses until ZSC marries and takes over, he married Tong's sister and had Xiao Ren, this same uncle is the twins father. Xiao Ren was adopted by the Matriarch and given the name ZhouSheng. Meanwhile Tong was affianced to ZSC but they broke the engagement when the uncle married her sister. But now she married ZSC's fake brother(cousin) Zhou Wen Chuan I think so he could get the shares because he wants to be the boss and so she could stay close to the Zhou family I think because she still loves ZSC.

Not sure yet. She could end up with the Interpol guy from the novel if she forgives him or maybe another person.

I feel like maybe Hong Xiaoyu is going to end up with "Someone", because of what she said in OaO to Cui Feng.

OMG, ZSC is so adorable in the first few episode, so awkward and funny. And Mei Xing and Hong Xiaoyu the perfect friends, although I was worried that Mei Xiang was too intrigued by SY at first. Thank God I bought the vvip subscription from Iqiyi and I can watch up till ep 6 today. It is brilliant how everything is going according to the novel but with a different spin on certain things that makes it more believable.
