I am using the Xiaomi stick and manage to get Youku on it - however it is very jerky at times. It will have to do for now. Re Netflix acquiring rights, Youku posted officially on 19 October that it will make its debut on Netflix in some regions so it is official news, just not sure it will air in Singapore (where I am).

I don't know about Youku but WeTV has an app - at my mum's place with a much more advanced Smart TV, you can search for the app and download it. I am SVIP on chinese Youku but not much good it does here on my 15 year old TV haha. Hence was hoping to view via Netflix. Anyway, thanks everyone, I guess I will continue casting using my Xiaomi stick / watching on my small little phone!

Don't really care what she says - way too affected for me. I accept reviewers who are subjective (I mean, that really is what a review is right?) but I choose not to give time to reviewers who apply the same blinkered filters to every single drama and trash everything that does not fit within their parameters. To each his/her own, but not worth my time :)

hello, due to domestic issues (namely a 15 year old first generation smart TV), I haven’t been able to download Youku app and have had to rely on a TV stick that renders jerky images at times. I read that Netflix has purchased the drama but I can’t find it in my upcoming list. Any overseas viewers can find it in theirs? In the meantime I am watching this on my mobile via the Chinese version of the app (I subscribe to both) and it is too small for details! thanks!

We will know in the next15 minutes but in tonight’s live stream, the actress playing KML called out to MBF’s actor to joke that if there is a sequel she would like to see her gambling den team up with MBF’s bank to take over the whole of Nandu. I am wondering if that was an inadvertent slip up and we will see MBF resurrected…

Didn't she and her brother already have the conversation where it seems she grew up alongside each other and she only left 3 years ago due to an unwanted betrothal? Around ep 22 I think.

Not sure about FL but ML is not dubbed. I recognise his voice from interviews, Condor Heroes, A Dream of Splendour and 13 Years of Dust. On Weibo there are also posts on how he spent over one month dubbing himself in the studio. :)
