This is the first time I don't skip the intro. I don't know why but I'm really hooked up with Sa Dingding's song. It's giving me an overly different vibe compared to other songs.
It's pretty hard for me to watch to dramas at the same time. Last November, I watched FOF and LGIEF in one go and my schedule went into a haphazard mess. That's why I can only choose one drama that piques my interest. I admit I do rewatch ep 1 of The Blossoming Love today, but I don't think it is appropriate for me to continue further.
Been anticipating this drama for almost a year and finally the WAIT IS OVER!!! 😆😆 Can't wait to see Bai Shuo and Fan Yue's hilarious love story, though it's inevitable for angst to come in the latter part of the show. By the way, I'm also shipping Chong Zhao and Fu Ling LOLL

Based on the comments here, it seems like the writer has omitted several victims of the serial murder case, which I'll elaborate below: 1) Li Liwei A rich merchant's wife who happened to write her wish at Ding Jing's tarot card website. The killer, tired of waiting Ding Jing to get back, then made his move by targeting this woman. 2) Wang Wei Wang Qianqian's best friend at a neighboring city. Just like Li Liwei, Wang Wei also made a wish on the website, which was discovered by the killer. It was from Wang Wei's connection that the killer could find Wang Qianqian (though she herself made a wish too) 3) Zheng Xiaowen A rising actress in the entertainment industry. After killing Ding Jing, the killer unexpectedly chose Zheng Xiaowen as his newer target alongside Wen Peng so that the latter could be a scapegoat if Zheng Xiaowen was found dead. However, this scenario will never happen in the drama 'cause the writer has altered Wen Peng's characteristic and omitting Zheng Xiaowen from the script. 4) Lin Chunmei Zhou Zhicheng's wife and the killer's first victim. I don't whether she appears in the drama or not, but she did resemble the killer's mother in terms of appearance and personality, which only added fuel to the killer's killing intent.
NOTE: The case is revolved around the tarot card website called Winter Solstice, created by Ding Jing in her highschool years. Whoever writes wishes in it will be done for.

Guys, for your information, this drama is no historical genre like the melon account said. In fact, it's a fantasy supernatural drama which is set in modern era (21st century), like Wei Yu's other works (Parallel World, Qi Gen Xin Jian, San Xian Mi Hui, Rattan, Love on the Turquoise Land, and more).
