It's normal for rating to tumble down to 8.0 or 8.1 (much to my dismay). In the worst scenario, we can only wait for it to rise up until the show is completed. I really hope it can break to at least 8.4 or 8.5 considering the solid plot and exceptional acting from the casts.

Poor Yishui needs to be cleansed thoroughly after those sufferings in his childhood days. I feel rather sorry for him and quite understand that his ruthless personality stems from his past trauma. I hope Mu Qingge can bring him back to the right path before everything is too late to be undone.

I take back what I said yesterday. After giving two episodes a go, I begin to LOVE this show more and more. Their chemistry is so sizzling hot that I always have butterflies in my stomach. By the way, Deng Wei is rocking hard with this new role of his - the savage shifu who never gives damn to anyone who dares to step over his boundaries (my all-time favorite is Master Li Changsheng in Dashing Youth tho). As for Julia Xiang, she is doing pretty fine in Xue Ranran's mode, but I'm not really sure about Mu Qingge. Let's see how the story will unfold then.

I'm really sorry but have to skip this series because of my haphazard schedule (can't afford to juggle all sorts of dramas in one time anymore). However, if this turns out to be a good series, I'll try to watch it in my free time because I'm SUPER OBSESSED with xianxia, which is my all-time favorite genre.

As a hardcore fan of Study Group's Webtoon, I really love the fact that they do the OG source justice. So far, there is no lackluster scene and the plot flows accordingly to the Webtoon. I know from the get go that this is going to be another hilarious school drama, to the point of abandoning Moonlight Mystique lol.
