Thanks. It was opposite for me. But just finished this show and truly wanted something to get me from the slump after Reply 1988 but unfortunately it was just good for me. Btw. I really loved main actors though and altough I’ve known Kim Taeri from previous movies and dramas as an excellent actress I didn’watch main actor before and Im really pleasantly surprised . Any other shows frim him that are also good?

Exactly this.lt’s not sad ending that I don’t like but logic behind that is twisted, as you said., it’s lazy writing. Btw. both main leads were great and chemistry between them it’s was great but it feels like missed opportunity because of the script. I understand why lot if people liked it as their favorite show, nevertheless.

That was sad for me too. I really liked everything but I feel that misery was not realistic and some logic for that endind was lacking too. As viewers were left hanging without proper reason. In the end, was it second couple love story more strong or they were more mature? Idk, love this show for the great actors but really feeling some loose ends from the script or even worse, scoring on misery just for the sake of it not for the coherence of the script.

I agree with you about the execution and somewhat tragic and missed opportunity for relaying more meaningful message in 2125. It’s really shame as I really liked main actors and their chemistry,cinematography , OST but something is missing at the end.
Reply 1988, on the other hand, had all that, especially chemistry not just main actors but with whole ensemble and succeded to maintain that fine balance between going to tragic or to sweet, it felt more close to life and authentic experience for me.
P.S. I tried not to compare both shows but I watched them both in short period of time so I could not help it.

I really liked Mouse but didn’t watch Vigilante yet.

To each their own. I really wanted to like it but maybe you’re right, it was meant to portray toxic relationships but for me ML and FL didn’t really looked like couple at all,more like older sister/younger brother version who is forced to play into some chemistry with lots of kissing and other scenes. Sorry, I just didn’t felt it so probably miscast in my opinion.

cmon this is pure waste of time except that ML and FL are popular actor. There are lot of other dramas that are not cute and fluffy but are much better written and acted like My liberation notes, Call it love, Lost etc. Also main actors are better in my opinion, all of them have factor X not just cute looks.

I like your top 10 dramas. I watch OSN right now after finishing Reply 1988 few days ago and I don’t feel connected to characters at all. It’s probably post- watching Reply 1988 syndrome. I miss them so much. Although, this drama is good.

I loved this and found WTWIF so boring ( and there is actually murder mystery trope in it lol ),felt like FL was toying with ML while here there was actual reason for FL to act in a certain way in the beginning.And this drama didn’t even make me sad because of the character growth in the end.

What’s not to love with such great actors and cinematography? I really enjoyed it. Choi Woo Shik is really one of the greatest actors with such a broad acting skills range.

idk, just started watching k-dramas in 2023 but this drama really is bad. I love some new dramas, though. Call it love was great and it’s from 2023. It makes sense that good scriptwriters make good dramas so I agree on that with you

I’m still watching but it’s struggle, don’t empathize or like the characters or story..why are so many dramas in this genre hit or miss? I really loved Call it love, Because this is my first life etc. but this is bland and boring.
