The love triangle frustrated me a lot. I don't like how is written. That ruined this series for me.
I even swore I will not watch other series with FL but thank god I did because it's much better written in my opinion. ( although very long) Lost you forever and favorite demon in all cdramas

I think he is my favorite character in all dramas I watched ( with few close others) Although, story was sometimes frustrating with other 2 ML I can understand reasons for all of them being like that. I usually don't like love triangle because 2nd ML is pathetic or turn villain but here it's very well done. I wish more dramas like this

I watched both shows back to back but enjoyed lot more MM overall. Maybe because of lot more episodes or idk why I got annoyed with most characters in Ashes of love but loved most if the characters in MM

Question for all who read the novel, is ML complex dark character? I just finished Story of the Kunning palace and started My journey to you so on that scale where do you think ML is closer to in this upcoming drama? Anyway, can't wait to watch it, I hope it would be good.

I loved it and could connect easily to all the characters and their stories. I still have few episodes till the end but this is by far one of my favorite c-dramas ( I hope that will not change by the few last episodes) Characters are complex and written well, casting is also very good and story and romance in it are exactly to my liking. I don't need many romance scenes in my dramas to feel chemistry between main characters.

Thank you for your recommendations. The Untamed is my favorite of all that I watched, it's funny how is not for everyone. It's my comfort drama and I rewatched it many times. I heard Moonlight Mystique and Fangs of Fortune being recommended often so I might watch those next. I'm currently watching The story of the Kunning palace and really enjoying that too. Second ML in LBFD caught my interest so I naturally progressed there, didn't expected that I will enjoy it so much. I'm very thankful for all your recommendations and I'll be sure to check them all starting with your top 3🙏😊.

Can you recommend some other good one xianxias? I'm new to c-dramas but it seems that genre is what I like the most.

Startted this yesterday and already love it so much. All 3 actors are fantastic and I plan to watch gheir other dramas/movies too.
