we don't need to explicitly see that she was naked. they can use a camera angle only showing her face looking down and then screaming to indicate that she is naked. if we use the logic that her clothes left behind when transform

we can make them transform as a whole. if she transforms back from dog to human fully clothed we can make her transform from human to dog without leaving the clothes.
