tbh this drama isn't really my cup of tea. It's seems the writer is a fan of thai lakorn. And I'm not a fan of…
He has the lead in another mini drama that is airing right now - no Eng subs on the episodes I've seen so far - but I suspect he will be next years surprise hot property. Well, I hope so, anyway ... lol ...
Just finished Episode 24... Love the detail at the end, when Fang Yuze dials a five-digit number to make a local call ... amazing to remember that most of the world went from that 5-digit system to what we have today in the last 50 years ...
Just finished ... I like this Season too, equally to but differently from Season One. S2 resolves some of the glaring production problems that were so jarring in season 1, and more importantly, it gave a LOT more screen time and lines to Chu He [Chen SiQi, you are such a sweetie! lol] ... I didn't really like the opening as much as season 1, but once the alternative time line was established, it mostly flowed really well. Each season has its merits, and perhaps would be wisely marketed as the "comic book" version and the "real life" version ... to allow for connectivity with creating the expectation of continuity.
If you are wondering whether to watch this... GO WATCH THIS.... It's an absolutely sweet little romantic drama with many fun moments.... Tho' a happy ending is not yet guaranteed ....
I'm sorry, people, but I have seen too many good dramas recently.... this is - stupid plot - irritating FL - poor acting from ML - weirdly obvious bad guys who should really stop overreacting to stuff
And that is all in the first episode and a half. I really can't watch the rest of this.
My only question is how did she survive after "dying" and then combusting into red particles? That's a mystery…
I'd say that what the mortals interpreted as "dying" was her transporting herself to a safe spot to recuperate. She would have "gone to ground" in whatever passes for a den for fox fairies and licked her wounds until she recovered.
Well, I hope so, anyway ... lol ...
