I'm a fan of Yuqi and I watched all her dramas. Her acting is always good and she always nailed her characters. She also has great chemistry with her co-stars, male and female, except with Alan Yu. You guys should try to watch her other dramas, then come back here to understand BAI YING and not Yuqi.
Even NPE has some people complaining about Yang Mi, William or Xu Kaicheng or how Yang Mi and William don't have chemistry or how TMOPB is way better, but they didn't try to understand the characters and background. I'm not used to her being such a meek and quiet lady, but it's understandable bcs that's how her character is.
Someone spoiled the novel ending that Bai Ying and Zhen Lan stay married in the end. I will accept that ending though. Maybe bcs I like Yecheng more? 😅 still if possible I don't want anyone to die.

Humans have their own will which is why evil and satan can manipulate them. So if humans do crime, means they lost to evil. I watched the first 2 ep on croton ytb channel. Thank God it's subbed! But I must say the editing is so crappy. As if they cut and paste the scenes as they pleased. Also the directing is so stiff. Not about the acting, but the shoot. After watching NPE this drama's directing looks lazy. I hope it will get better.
