Huhu yeah, I unintentionally read this spoiler and now I have an idea what's going to happen. I was only trying to find opinions about the Lee Tae Lee character but... 🥺
Don´t let the rating keep you from watching this, another case where i really do not understand how people can…
I expected less of it because of the 7+ rating, but watched it nonetheless because it was dawn and I couldn't sleep. It kept me awake. I had the same feels as Parasite. The rating doesn't make sense. What happened to MDL?
me too... the good thing is though xiao wu might appear to be a little bit clingy.. she is strong enough to not…
I like that we both like Xiao Wu. I thought it's only me lol. I agree that Xiao Wu as FL is strong and helpful. It's heartwarming watching the two lead characters supporting each other and both are loyal toward each other. I desperately pray they keep the same cast.
I really like Xiao Wu - she's so animated, it's like I'm watching an anime character. Her actions are very cute and adorable just like a rabbit. I watched several BTS before watching the show and learned that Wu Xuan Yi followed the director's instructions really well, seeing how she acts normal when the camera wasn't rolling.
Re-watching this after 3 years. Suprisingly, I'm not liking it as much. Now at E9 and realized that Choi Yeon-Kyung is judgmental and controlling since the first episode. Yeon-Kyung, you don't own time and the man! Stop telling him what to do! And what's with the high heels and long nails? The show ignores those little things. (Still ranting... 😅)
I'm dropping this at episode 35 because I'm starting to detest the writer's way of twisting Fish Fairy's life. I can definitely see where this is going. I hate that Runyu suffers in these episodes that I'm pretty sure I would hurt more moving forward. Also, seeing Runyu cry makes me scorn the lead couple. I just know I'm never going to enjoy this anymore. Love triangle - tsk tsk 😒
Maybe it's because I'm still considered a rookie to Chinese costume dramas because I find the script ridiculous at times; not talking about the fantasy side but about the many misunderstandings because people keep fighting on the first meeting before talking and listening - like voila, surprise! I've just appeared so here's a taste of my martial arts. There are also revelations which aren't given much emphasis and actions which don't make sense that they're almost seem childish with unrealistic reasoning (again not talking about the fantasy side.) UPDATE: @E32 > Gosh! I can't take it! Jing and Rong's chemistry is off the charts! Flutters!
I tried watching this but I'm so biased to the Japanese version, which I really liked, that I couldn't help but compare. As a result, I couldn't get through the first episode of this K-version. LOL Therefore, not sure which among the two is better.
