Merci Moon et c'est quoi stupide? Mon chat?

You're welcome and of course you have to fight Lumi (:
I won't pay yhe huge amount of money so you won't watch it anyway :p What I wanted to spoil is that Jin Se Yeon's character died two episodes before the end right after her wedding with the male lead. I swear I was laughing an evil laugh and I totally threw another party to celebrate her death. She still had that same expression when she died LOL
Her character was poorly written in TBM but the actress's skills were even poorer than the character :D
Are you still watching 14 Days only?

I thought you download dramas Reise, was I wrong? Anyway, you shouldn't miss The Chases, after you start A New Leaf, you will automatically become interested in KSJ ahjussi anyway :D
The ghost element isn't creepy at all. It's not a comedy aspect either; it's necessary for the story. There are also reapers and many other fantasy elements. Moreover, the drama has mysteries to solve. I totally related to the drama when I watched while airing two years ago.
Yes, times is making me shorten my priorities and I hate that! It's either I watch one episode per day or a film; I haven't seen any film for two days and I feel like there's something missing from my life :(
Lost Days isn't exactly an intense thriller. I am three episodes in and I haven't seen something very extraordinary so far but it has potential. The Ghost Detective? I will watch that eventually because it's OCN after all but there's a similar Korean drama that I want to start first.
Ha Jung Woo and Ha Ji Won? For real? I just don't see it o_O

Yes the drama was in 2006 while the anime in 2007. Both of them were pretty cool, they suited each other so well. It's hard to dislike one if you liked the other. I finished it all, the specials and the films, the same with GTO :D
I actually don't dislike the story of Itakiss because well, it's not real but if I met someone like Irie or Kotoko in real life, I would kill them both LOL
Inspiring Generation is way worse than Bridal Mask, I am telling you. The quality and the script are entirely different! And yes, she had the same fate; I threw two celebration parties because of her. The girl can't act and she doesn't take any acting lessons to improve herself. Either she has one heck of a strong agency or her father controls entertainment industry in South Korea.
You're very welcome, I am glad you found something you would be interested in. I almost bailed out of Alice's Thorn because you know me with medical dramas but when I saw the teasers and figured out this will not be very focused on the medical side, I changed my mind :D

Thanks subae and boo! I am not that way, come on give me a break! :p
It started, that annoying busy period but I am having a little time to watch some dramas at home. I am not in slump and I actually started two dramas at the same time. It's a pretty bad idea though :(
I know, BORDER, Alice no Toge and Bitter Blood will get all the attention this spring season. I don't think if Long Goodbye with my Asano will get any attention :( I will watch raw anyway :p

So teasing me is actually that fun to you? I will reduce your fun then, no more complaints from my side :p
You know me, I can't keep something I dilsike inside :D But as you said, I am enjoying it so I am overlooking many things. I still have the three last episodes to watch though. I also have that feeling but since he was holding the gun at the beginning of the first episode and saying what if..then I wouldn't have to die; I don't think he will end up being killed off this drama.

You haven't seen Kim Sang Joong ahjussi in anything yet? You should absolutely watch "The Chaser" he's the evil dude with Son Hyun Joo ahjussi as the main lead. A fantastic thriller with many Golden Empire's vibe since they both come from the same screenwriter Park Kyeong Soo. It's highly recommendable.
As for Park Min Young, I don't have high hopes for that girl, she's not a good actess but as you said with giants on her side; maybe they will lift her level.
If you're into fusion sageuk then I would recommend Arang and the Magistrate; it was a cool one that I saw two years ago and it's actually one of the better fusion sageuk I saw thus far. There's also "The Legend", the most expensive Korean drama ever made and it's actually a good watch especially for the lovers of the genre.
Yes, no more slump but so little time especially since I can't sacrifice sleeping time :( What makes the matter worst that I alsready started Lost Days and Watashi no Kirai na Tantei at the same time.

Amongst cable channels in Korea, I trust OCN more when it comes to action, detective genres because they specialize at those. However, they tend to make almost all their dramas episodic with some exceptions of course. I will be keeping an eye on tvN with this one, we never know until we watch anyway.
Yes, no slice of life this season but there were two of them in the winter season. As for copying Hanzawa Naoki, I agree; they're basing two dramas on Ikeido Jun's novels (the writer of Hanzawa Naoki's novel) and Roosevelt game has the whole team all over again. I can't hide that I have high hopes for that drama, Karasawa was perfect in a similar business drama "Fumo Chitai".
What are you watching at the moment?

You're welcome, make sure to download the right version and let me know how you like Ichi the Killer. As I mentioned before, it's not a gory horror, it's a gory action film.
This means that you're still in a films' mood?
Raise of the Red Lattern? I watched that a long time ago even before I became Asian dramas' addict. It's one of my favorite directors' work after all. I always liked Zhang Yimou's work. I think the film would be more to your taste.

Aw Lumi, I hope everything turn out for the best with you. As you said, when you're too low yo can only go up (:
Queen of the Game was the exact drama that made me blacklist LBY. There are many thing I dislike about her aura but also her way of portraying her characters bug me off. Enough hate LOL
Are you planning to watch Inspiring Generation by any chance? If not can I spoil you about something?
You're spot on with JSY, I watched Bridal Mask with three of my friends and they were crying all over when she died and I was trying to hold my laugh. They said "You're indeed a heartless ice queen, emotioneless vampire beat it!". They don't understand LOL

tvN dramas are usually a miss for me with some exceptions like Nine. There's an upcoming tvN drama that I am interested in though "Gap Dong" which is based on the same case as Memories of Murder. I highly doubt tvN's ability to pull off a good thriller but I will give it a chance. Let's wait and see.
As I recall right, there's no slice of life drama coming up in this Japanese spring season. The only slice of life family drama I remember is a special that already ended and didn't even get subbed.
Kazuko Game has an original idea as well. The concept behind the drama isn't like any other school or family drama I saw before. It's absolutely worth the try.

I saw the anime first about two years ago but the drama was produced before the anime. I've been delaying watching the drama for so long because the anime was too good that I thought nothing can be as good as it. I was wrong, the drama, the specials and the films did so well!
Yes, they usually remake good dramas and films, like Harakiri, 13 Assassins and so on. But you're right, they should consider remaking the bad ones. They did it with Itazura na Kiss since the 1996 wasn't that good to be honest so they made it up with the Love in Tokyo version.
Sorimachi, the guy who played Onizuka in the original version was awesome! I really can't imagine someone else in his place so I totally have to pass the remake.
Inspiring Generation was a disappointment. I actually watched a drama with Jin Se Yeon who belongs to my black actors' list because I just love the setting but they disappointed me. Gangster war instead of freedom fighting and fists instead of brains. They also ruined it with romantic lines. It wasn't completely off though, it had its own good moments as well. But if I go back in time, I wouldn't start this.

I can see that everyone is enjoying it and fangirling over the male lead but is it normal that it didn't move any curiosity in me? I told you that it can be a masterpiece and I won't watch it because of LBY :p Maybe you should wait and watch the whole drama in one go?
Jin Se Yeon is still the same. Nothing changed after this period. You know, I threw a celebration party when her character died in Gaksital, I was laughing an evil laugh all over the place.

Lessons of Evil is a Miike's film that I am hesitant to watch. I heard it was pure horror and you know me with horror films. If you got the chance to see it, let me know if it's an horror or more like a psuchological thriller.
I see you're picking up a bunch of slice of life films these days. Are you in the mood for those?

A New Leaf! That drama is absolutely a must for me, Kim Myung Min and Kim Sang Joong ahjussi's in the same drama; I don't even care that a bad actress like Park Min Young is the female lead. I've got to watch to watch this one at any rate. There's also Golden Cross which I am really looking forward to.
You may like it after all, it's just didn't sound right at many points for me. And it was one of my first dramas as well.
Are you talking about Fantasy dramas in old setting? Do you like those types of dramas? Like fusion sageuk and all?
I am in that position right now. I finally finsihed Inspiring Generation, I am over with GTO, I almost catched up with Beyond the Clouds and I have only one Nodame film to go. Now, I can't watch some older Japanese dramas because I need to watch the three winter season dramas I mentioned before spring season comes in.
