Memories of Matsuko blew me away the first time I saw it, that was one amazing piece of work. I've yet to watch One Million Yen Girl but I am not familiar with Casteway on the Moon. Great recommendations (:

Title One Third
This seems interesting but I can't get over the fact that Tanaka and Fujiwara get more important roles than Yusuke.

It's my bad! I saw the writer; she wrote some saeguk and previous historical dramas. I saw one of her dramas before and I am not convinced by her. But that's not the problem here, we need someone to sub this drama!

Of course it can't be helped LOL I just find myself calling older Korean actors ahjussi's without even noticing it :D

Yes, sometimes my patience level doesn't allow me to pick a drama while it just started airing. That's why I have to wait for a while before picking it up like Beyond the Clouds and Inspiring Generation.

The two dramas I am surely going to watch are Lost Days and Watashi no Kirai na Tantei. The rest is undecided. What about you? Which dramas are you catching up to?

Absolutely agree on Ayaka's rage, that was too much for me as well even if I was doing my best to understand why she was doing it, her heart, he feelings and everything surrounding her life but I still felt it was too much.

Go? That was my first encounter with Yusuke, it was a pretty cool film. i will have to get down to other Yusuke's dramas and films; his Long Love Letter maybe my nest stop with him. I am glad his attempt to commit suicide failed, I don't want to lose a great young Japanese actor like him.

I finsihed GTO and I truly enjoyed it; I hope it will be a great watch for you as well if you ever started it.

Funny you should mention Breath, I was thinking about picking it up as my next Ha Jung Woo film :D As for "The Killer", you should watch that one, it's really great.

I have You're the Apple of My Eye in my PTW list but I think I will remove it. I don't think those types of films are for me. I did go back to films, I watched the second part od Death Note live action trilogy. Now, I need to watch "L: Change the World" which is not based on the manga.

C'est Lost Days, oui! Il y a Watashi no Kirai na Tantei aussi. Ce sont les principaux drames que je pense de regarder très prochainement.

Oui Moon, c'est tellement impossible que tu ne doit pas essayer de me convaincre :p

No more dramathoning for you? Aww that must feel bad Lumi, my condolences. I hope that the problem will be fixed soon.

Salaryman and Cruel City together? Oh come on, you never start two good dramas together; you will get distracted and you may even dislike both of them in some cases.

IG is pretty disappointing and I don't give a heck about KHJ or his character since I love half of the supporting male leads more than him.

I finished GTO; it was such a great ride (:

Yes, I told you they're weird, amateurish and don't suit the majority of people's tastes. Korean makjangs are little cates in front of them LOL

I see, I am also glad I didn't start this one; some fanservice can be tolerated but lots of it can become quite bothersome for me. Plus, I am doing my freaking best to stay away from triangles these days; they piss me off.

As for Secret Love, well the drama was never for me ever since it fis got announced. Noona romance and adultery are one of my most hates themes. But I am glad you're enjoying it; classic music! It reminds me of when I was watching Nodame, they used great pieces in the drama and anime.

So with these two dramas does that mean that you're back to dramaland? I just finished GTO; it was such a cool school drama for my taste.

Considering the fact that Aoki and Shinishi are my favorite characters in this drama, when Shinishi died; I swear…
I know this isn't a romcom and I wished from the bottom of my heart that there wouldn't be any romantic interest at all even before I started this drama. But when you see romance going on, there's an opinion that needs to be expressed. I was never a shipper to start with but the main romantic line in this drama doesn't interest me at all.

You're lucky for not watching any of her previous dramas (:

Yakou Kanransha is a great example of how suspense and family dramas are done the Japanese way. I see you completed it so I hope you're satisfied with the outcome of the drama and who's the one who did it.

Are you thinking about starting another drama at the moment?

I was searching Hancinema and the usual sites where I find the writer's name and what he/she wrote before but I found nothing. It bugged me to tell the truth because Hancinema has the writer's name even before the actors' names. Weird!

Yes, I know that: "my baby, my darling" oddly enough, I never use those on celebrities but I can use them on characters sometimes :D

I agree with you on Se Ro's character, he's unpredictable and everything he says or do makes you interested. I am only five episodes in but I am totally into his character.

Is that so? It's great to know! As you said it's better late than never and now, I really need to watch few dramas from the winter season :D

Come on Mei sunbae, you're also in with the Ice Queen trend? That's very cruel from your side *runs away crying*

Yes, at the moment I am picking up dramas like I used to before until going back to school ruins some things in the process :p
I will pick the OCN drama without doubt but as for BORDER, I can finish Ghost Detective then start it because you do realize that it will take them some time to sub it, ne?

Gee Mickey, are you the devil in desguise? Stop teasing me friend!

The answer is Yes, so don't kill me LOL I am not in love with the drama but I am enjoying it that's for sure. I like the angst, the male lead's character and acting. As long as the parts I am wishing for come true then this will be a great watch.

I am not against remakes and you know that Aphrodity, it's just that I can never imagine anyone taking up Mifune's role in Inagaki's trilogy. However, I am not going to be that harsh without even watching it. I will try it out if it gets subbed of course.

Thanks! I will most definitely watch the specials and films soon.

Yes, MY Gunshi Kanbei, do you have some type of problem with that? :p and yup, they're subbing it for me; so far: whole four episodes!

I am going to find trouble understanding your point Dior :p

I am almost done downloading Lost Days and Watashi no Kirai Tantei and I will let you know if you should pick them up as well.
As for the spring season, we're all crossing fingers hoping that we will get our subs.

Thanks Dior, I also think this is a strong comeback as well (:

Let's see, in Thai lakorns; Slap/kiss genre (that contains rape) usually starts like this: the female lead did something that pissed the male lead like his brother commiting suicide because she rejected his love. But the truth is, it wasn't the female lead's fault; it was her relative or sister that did that to the male lead's brother under her name. So it's basically a mistaken identity, then he captures her and treats her badly to avenge his brother then rape her but he regrets it later and starts treating her right and she falls in love with him or something along those lines. Or, her sister was a devil girl who married the male lead's father for money even though she loves the male lead. She pissed him off all the time and he can't do anything to get back at her so he hurts the most important thing to her which is her sister (the female lead), he rapes her and treats her like a jerk then when they go back home, he sees her with another man buying her clothes; he rips those clothes off her saying "you're mine" and rapes her once again then she gets pregnant and things change.

Thai lakorns are something along those lines but I am only talking about slap/kiss lakorns. Thailand has other types of lakorns like romantic comedies, romances, gender bender or even horror that don't contain rape but I don't focus much on the latters.

I know the feeling of not being able to pick a drama up. I see you picked up Empress Ki though, I thought you gave up on it for good. And Secret Love Affair? I didn't know you liked those types of dramas :D

Oh, so now you're back to films and Running Man? Which films caught your interest in this period? I need to go back to films' mood pretty soon myself. It's been three days since I haven't seen any film and I am starting to feel weird :D

Great Teacher Onizuka doesn't fully focus on students and unlike the dramas you mentioned, the teacher is the main role not the students; he has such a great way of dealing with things; he's an awesome cheerful character that's making this drama very enjoyable. I haven't seen the anime or read the manga but after finishing the drama, I think I would check them out.

You got my full attention on Into the Flames, I checked it out and it seems like something I would enjoy especially since I am pretty much into Business dramas now. But the writer hasn't been announced yet? Is that even normal?

Choi Soo Jong is a kid? Come on Reise the man is 51 year-old LOL

You know the scene when Se Ro thought that everything that happened to him was because Young Won loved Woo Jin and wanted to wlose his murder case by accusing anyone and the blame fell on Se Ro. He was acting calm by cleaning his desk while he was boiling inside. When she tried to stop him, he grabbed her and made her sit on the table saying "sit here until I finish, you can't slap me, I won't relate to a worthless thing like your love". Darn, I fell in love with his character at that moment because hateful male leads will always be my ichiban :D

Even BORDER and Alice no Toge will get picked, I assure you that. But I fear so much on Roosevelt Game and especially Black President, Long Goodbye and Mozu. I am afraid they will be ignored or half subbed. Us, Jdrama fans suffer a lot :(
