You know spoiling for people is not only in MDL drama pages, it's even in streaming sites, downloading sites, tumber and all over the place. It's sad really :(
You don't know the reason why I don't watch medical dramas? It's not because I am in the field that I feel so sick of them; it's because there are too many medical mistakes and assumptions that it does feel awkward and annoying to watch.
Shin Ha Kying is an actor that get ignored because he's not "hot" or a "flower boy"; I am telling you when people start to tell the different between good looks and good acting, things are going to be alright.
So how was drama watching?

Let me know when you watch "Boat", it wasn't horrible for me, just not that great. An okay film overall and I am glad I watched it for Satoshi and HJW.
So now you're watching an anime? What type of anime is it? I watched many older animes when I was a kid but they were dubbed in Arabic so I have no idea about their English or Japanese titles unless I try so hard to look for them LOL
If you're watching animes, you still can't take a break from MDL? But why would you want to take a break from here anyway?

I picked up Inspiring Generation after my comeback, I can notice some forced tries from the writers who are trying to end it with a bang but that can't change my thoughts about this drama.
Yes, I meant King's Daughter; I noticed you were watching it about a week ago. I didn't watch Princess Pearl but if I ever did, I will let you know. I tend to get into some Chinese periodic dramas' mood from time to time.
I also noticed you watched many interesting dramas and even finished Sandglass. Does this mean that you're back into dramas' mood?

So what now? Are you back to dramas?

At the moment, I can't watch anything but I will be coming back in few days or a week and I promise that I will be picking up two or three winter season dramas because many spring season dramas are attracting me.
The drama tat got me back in? It's not really that great; it's a Thai lakorn :D

Yes, my long waited spring break has finally came; I am not focusing on dramas and films. I am spending a relaxing vacation with family and friends in a place very away from home without any internet connexion so I am away from dramas, films and MDL. It just happened that I passed by town today :D
Oh! You picked up Salaryman again? What was your motivation?

Yes, IG isn't as popular as other currently airing dramas and I can't actually blame the rating because the writers are messing things up. It's only lately that they became a little good. I also agree about th stupid romantic line that's irritating the heck out of me!

I understand your feelings about not speedwatching a serious drama and cheat your way out of it. It happened with me for Tenchijin, I loved the first 10 episodes bu then, I wanted to speedwatch the rest of 37 episodes and get over with it since I wasn't in the modd to watch something long. However, I just couldn't! Because the drama was too good and captivating to actually skip parts so I had to stay away from it for two weeks or so and when I came back to it, I was in a refreshing mood that I didn't skip anything. I finished the drama in one go. It's a matter of mood really.
People who watched Miss Korea loved it, I knew it wasn't the drama for me when it first got out; I am glad you enjoyed even little parts of it. It's good to know variety of opinions, not just "It's amazing, a must watch, you're missing a lot" and so on.
Inspiring Generation reached episode 20 of 24 but yes, they're finishing it even with the budget problems. I also thought of King of dramas when I first heard about the too much drama behing this drama. I posted in the feeds :"Inspiring Generation is facing budget problems, I wonder what would Anthony from The King of Dramas do in this case" :D
But Sandrose, instead of a light drama to speedwatch; you actually chose a log historical drama?

Did I recommend you Boat? It's also a Ha Jung Woo film with Tsubaki Satoshi: my favorite japanese younger actor and my favorite Korean younger actor in one film! It wasn't that great for me but since I know you like a little slice of life then you would like that one.
I will give Nanjing Nanjing a shot someday since I like historical films.
Key of Life was a cool film. It was a nice watch; I hope you enjoy it.

Apparently, number 200 will take a long time to come by; I am away from my usual life and I have no mood to start any drama. I even left my laptop behind and I am enjoying a calm holiday away from home and usual routine. It will take me some time to come back to dramas but I thought I should pass by to check what's happening in MDL and reply to dozens of private messages :D
I watched Satoshi film yesterday night when everyone went to sleep, it was such a coincidence to find it in my Flash Disk, it was only alright since I am generally not into pandemic films.
Since your slup is taking a long time, aren't watching anything even from the west? Last time I heard from you, you said you were rewatching Friends but that's about it. And The Godfather, absolutely! It's always a great choice to rewatch it.
Thai lakorns are usually romance oriented, you got that right. They're also almost amateurish dramas whether the acting or the screenwriting but the only reason I watch them is their revenge plost and super hateful male leads, I am into them :D

Yes, not all Johnny's suck but if you compare the best talents in Johnny with other veteran Japanese actors, they do fall behind.
That's exactly it, my case with Inspiring Generation is Supporting Lead syndrome and not all supporting leads, only the majority of supporting male leads.
Yes, and as I said when the ending is spoiled, I just get discouraged to start the whole drama thinking that the male or female lead that I connected to during the whole drama will die by the end so why bother.
Third Ward is a medical drama, ne? Although I truly like Kim Seung Woo but no medicals for me. Apparently you do like watching medical dramas, ne?
Shin Ha Kyung; I admit it took me two or three films to realize how much I love the actor. The film that made me fall for him completely is without doubt "Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance", he became one of my favorite films' actors after that film. So I will absolutely be waiting to read your stalker guide about him.
I watched the French film and liked it but I am freaking dying to see Ryu Seung Ryong as the male lead in an action thriller, Lee Jin Wook is just a bonus. I can't wait!
Koo Hye Sun? Yeah, I am totally NOT watching this.
It's my decision to watch the actress again or not. It's a personal opinion after all, I didn't force anyone to follow my lead.

Thanks, I am also glad I am over my slump even if it's not a strong comeback yet. Usagi Drop and Windstruck has been on my mind for years now but Windstruck is a heavy melo, right?
You're also into Bride of the Century? Everyone around me seem to be so in love with this drama. But you know me, it's not something I would watch :D As for 14 Days; I swear more than 7 friends attempted to make me watch this, saying the same words as you "this is a strong drama with witty writing, amazing characters and mystery plot; it's totally your type of drama!" But Lee Bo Young ruins the whole thing. I rather skip a masterpiece than watch Lee Bo Young as the female lead :p
So you dropped Emergency Couple for good now?

The changing of the writer for IG messed many things but lately, it's coming back on track. I still don't know if it's a wise decision or not. I think I will have to wait until the drama is over to say that. What about you? What do you think?

"Talking about dramas can get me back": that's so true! Unless it's pretty heavy slump so even talking about dramas won't do you any good. It will even make you repulsive, I had that phase not so long ago when everything seemed uninteresting.
Don't worry about mistaking it. It's our differences that make us interesting, ne?
Right now, I am only watching Inspiring Generation. It's not the drama I thought it would be like. Of course, I am very interested in the 30's era and everything that follows but this drama has too many downsides to it. First, there are too much drama behind the drama like one of the leads quitting, changing the writer, budget problems and many other things. Also, the three main leads are no way to be good actors. The characters' development can take a long time to happen, I like three or four male supporting characters better than the male lead, one of the female lead is making me shake my head each time she's in screen (both actress and character suck), the romantic line is very bothersome and most of all, I feel cheated because I thought this will be about freedom fighters but it turned out to be gangs fights to gain control over some areas. All in all, it's pretty disappointing and bad on too many levels but I still haven't lost my patience mostly because this drama has a large set of interesting characters that keep me going although let me tell you, the writers are not making full use of the enormous number of characters they have.
