What makes him so amazing in her eyes? He turned down the a/c and took her to the hospital? He spies on you at work and abandons you to his viper mother. 🚩 Girl, run. He also ruined your lipstick lol ALSO what the hell was her outfit when she went to the house hunting meeting with the mom? Like she had to run there but had time for an outfit change into the least appropriate thing ever? 🤦♀️ IS IT JUST ME?
I’m not really loving how the timelines in this are being shown. It’s a bit confusing and I feel like I’m not getting the story so far 😅 I’ve watched the first 5 episodes and I understand FL backstory but really nothing about their relationship so I don’t feel anything about their characters? IDK I’ll keep watching cos I’ve been interested in this one since it was filming but so far it’s not what I was expecting 😗 Wan Peng looks so pretty tho

lol there’s nothing wrong with having it. I also suffer the same. Even my cat does too 😌 but people do judge others that have it in a negative way. For me the first story arc is my favourite. I just love watching all their sweet, funny scenes as they start falling in love. The final part before the second arc takes over is my favourite part. Bai Jue and the arrow-such a great scene. For me, I think ALP is my all time best xianxia.

3rd arc is the most heartbreaking part for Bai Jue. You can see his anguish at trying to push Shanggu away and missing out on time with Yuanqi. I just watched those episodes so it’s very fresh in my Mind lol
