What the Duck Season 2: Final Call attempts to continue the chaotic drama of its predecessor, but instead of soaring, it crash-lands into a tangle of unresolved conflicts and questionable storytelling choices. I think it touches on some important aspecs but, it's executed badly.

The series picks up where Season 1 left off, following Pop and Oat’s turbulent relationship, alongside a new set of love triangles and misunderstandings. While some characters get more depth, the narrative often feels forced, relying on unnecessary drama rather than organic development. The pacing is inconsistent, with certain subplots dragging while others feel rushed.

The acting is a mixed bag—some performances are engaging, while others feel awkward or exaggerated. The production value remains modest.

Perhaps the most frustrating aspect is how the series handles its relationships. Instead of offering meaningful resolutions, it leans heavily on angst and miscommunication, leaving viewers more exhausted than satisfied.

The one thing that I really liked was the soundtrack.

For fans of the first season, Final Call provides some closure, but it’s a bumpy ride that may not be worth the turbulence.

Tips: If you want the "better" ending, don't watch season 2. It leaves you with more new questions than answered ones.
