I'm not sure that is a good thing. I have not started watching it yet but I don´t like when they westernise Asian…
i agree, and i admit i love every Cdrama and i like Chinese propaganda because they sre simply proud of who they are as a country. And i agree that China would never lose its identity to sell themselves to users.
Q26 until now. They filmed in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, so the guess about Lanna Kingdom and historical costumes should be correct but let's wait. Let's cheer for their work, because they have tons of fans to "satisfy". The fandom of each actor and actress and the fandom coming from Chinese origina novel and Chinese original drama since GMMTV always stated this will be the source. Guessing about first trailer on Line up on november 25th. Let's wait and cheer, they are working hard and good
LoveO2O vibes but healthier and the sweetest, i am hooked sooo much. I watched quite alot of ML's drama but here he is charming. Cai Weijing is so cute and pretty. Anyone knows the OSTs opening and endings for this drama?
The love story was very charming and the chemistry between the two leads was great. That should have been enough…
unless you don't like China, i see no problem in this since those are positive points and every cdramas has hints of propaganda, only in the sense of being proud of China today and to be Chinese.
This drama is so similar to Love O2O lol. I’ve seen other gaming dramas but none feel this close. Like yeah,…
i like the costumes but yes, they could have been better but it's ok, it's a more down-to-heart style let's say. Agree with you in the similarity to LoveO2O despite me preferring ML here. ML is not so full of himself here
No, they were not banned at all. They banned the promotion of lavish lifestyles in Imperial dramas but not specific…
I love every Cdrama and i love historical one in every field ( even those with Daoist ideals like immortality), but despite me preferring modern, i LOVE Qing Dynasty dramas particularly Palace harem ones. I think the problem is that they have to use wigs then in order to film after the drama. I remember it clearly that for Scarlet Heart Hu Ge was chosen for ML but he refused because of this reason. It's not not loving the work, it's how you have to arrange the work after this one.

Qing dynasty is my favorite one. If you pay attention, taking aside minidramas, Qing dynasty ones tend to be set in the last period like A love never lost. One of the reasons is the political turmoil and the kind of manly hairstyle. I like it, it's an hairstyle for adult men and not for youngsters, but the problem is for the actors. I want to clarify that the style is not a full cutting, they keep the basis of the hair, but still men have to cut it
8th Prince here is far way better than the evil korean one, you will see it at the end of the drama. 4th Prince…
You already saw his worst and cruel action towards Ruoxi, so don't worry. 8th Prince here is very human, with his faults like everyone in the drama but it won't be evil. You will see, i won't spoiler you. You have to wait until the end. Of course you expect him to change, but at the point you are now, he is already changed and showed his true colors. I hated him so much in Korean remake, here he is one of my favorites and you will see why.
It was my fourth time watching it and I still cried.I loved the Chinese version more than the Korean, but I still…
i think exactly the opposite, in the Korean remake there is no chemistry but in the original Chinese there is so much chemistry they got married in real life
