Thank you for sharing your perspectives on Luoyang, I'm currently watching it as well 😊I think despite some…
Initially I wanted to ask you to co-write with me for this, since we had collaborated together for The Long Ballad and The Imperial Coroner. Besides, you're more an expert in Chistorical than me. Then I remember, when I asked you to collab on The Big 10 Chinese Dramas, you told me you are busy with work until the end of the year. So I didn't dare to ask you again. Well, this is my first attempt to write a historical Cdrama by myself (those previous two also has historical background). I did some research on the Empress and the city of Luoyang. The ruling part is so impressive but so confusing at the same time, I just put the sources in the article for people who want to read about her. Unfortunately I didn't have a space in this article to include about the city of Luoyang itself.
Longest Day in Chang'an Lite... lol. Yeah, I think this fits for watchers who want to watch historical but not…
Yes, I actually read your post last time about the mysterious Prince Zhao. Thank you that's an interesting explanation in historical part. Quite interesting the drama keeps throwing new names/characters that change our speculations every time until the end ;D
It was an awesome article. Got some Thai drama recommedations
I hope you like them. I personally like They Asked Her To Be A Spy, Gentleman Thief Series 2, and Bad Genius (movie). I heard Heart of Stone is good, still in my PTW. Game of Outlaws just finished subbing I believe, it's also highly rated.
if it's a slight romance, they won't tag it cos it's not the focus of the story ;D
Crime Romance I watched: Flower of Evil, They Asked Her To Be A Spy, Gentleman Thief Series 2, That Winter, The Wind Blows, Wacko at Law Crime Comedy I watched: Vincenzo, Pipeline, Detective Chinatown 1, 2, 3, Bad Genius (movie and drama), Payakorn Sorn Ruk, Collectors, Enjiya, Lupin no Musume 1 and 2
Since you put it in the spoiler tag, you're fine, And I understand your English :D... Yeah, I hope that Lord Chu...…
No, I mean I haven't seen his name in the cast list yet. It doesn't mean he won't be there. The cast is not completed yet and he's just a supporting character there, so they will add supporting characters later. I heard they'll start shooting in 2022 not sure when, but already get permit to shoot S2 and S3
After watching and absolutely loving Longest Day in Chang'an, I was very happy to see that so many Ma Bo Yong…
Regarding your comment "Luoyang IMO isn't quite as strong concept or script-wise", I was just wondering is that because this is an unpublished novel of Ma Bo Yong? I mean he might already have plot line but not details, so the scriptwriter took over the dialogues, so we got the repeated "Erlang" thing, lol. I saw her work in The Eight. Although the plot has a potential to be great, as several groups of underworld society band together for a mission, unfortunately the script is mediocre.
TBH I have no idea what's going on I just watch it to see Yibo being Yibo the Errrrlanng couple lol
LOL!!! Yeah, I think that's the weakness of this drama, the script writing seems not creative. But again... I compared her with others as caliber as Wang Juan
