No, Viki doesn't have it. The official site is WeTV but it's region restricted, so I don't know where you're at to be able to access this or using VPN if you have (change location as Hong Kong). About the underrated: you don't have any idea a drama can get underrated or overrated with things not drama related! For example in this case I may guess the sub, as I mentioned in the negative aspect in the article. People do rate dramas negatively due to unavailability of subs or bad subs, as I have seen many times in Thai dramas, for example. Thanks for the recommendation on TKA, I will keep it in mind ;D

Yeah, if you know a bit Chinese it shouldn't be a problem, probably a bit confused with the gaming jargon they used in the drama (not overwhelming though), but the daily conversation is easy to understand. If you have watched a lot of C-dramas already, machine translation is a breeze. With so many C-dramas released, they got overwhelmed with subbing.
