Since this is a Netflix show, it's not surprising it's only 8 episodes. They always seem to create the least amount episodes as possible to save money.

And I'm not getting my hopes up for a season 2 either because Netflix is well known for canceling a ton of good shows after their first season aired (even ones that hit their number one watched list!). The only thing I'm hoping for is that season 1 doesn't end on a cliffhanger so if it is canceled, I'm not left hanging. I'm so sick of Netflix doing this!!

Oh, and if they do create a season 2, prepare to wait a couple years for it to be released..... at which point you'll have forgotten everything that happened in season 1.

If you can't tell, I'm getting really fed up with Netflix 😆 Like I'm glad it's on Netflix because that means I'll be able to watch it since I have an account with them, but if that means I have to deal with everything above that I listed, then I would rather some other platform create it.

I thought so too and I was going to stop watching it, but once I realized there were only 2 episodes available on Viki so far, I decided I would wait until the end of episode 2 to make my decision. Welp, now I'm impatiently waiting for more episodes to air 🤣 ...... so yes, it did get better

I'm so excited to see this! I hope it does amazing so Netflix sees there is a huge fan base for Japanese BL. And hopefully this will get them to create more for us and will cause them to branch out to make more Korean and Thai BL as well.

I think you are being a tad harsh towards SB regarding the episode length and wait times. If it bothers you that much, you can always let the episodes build up and then binge watch them all at once. I think we should be greatful SB is allowing us to watch it for free on YouTube, but that's just my opinion 😊

I do agree though that the extra soft focus lens is a bit of an overkill (sometimes making me wonder if these men might have horribly disfigured faces or acne scarred skin they're trying to cover up 🤣).
